Ah, yes, the games

I have enjoyed writing on the topic of love, relationships, and everything in-between! I hope my words, experiences, encouragements, and topics have been valuable.

I will start this one off by saying, these are not games. These are either strategies or protective measures.

One game is that a guy will be on a dating site and when he matches with someone, will seem like he either isn’t ready for dating yet or he’s unsure if he wants to date. That is for a couple of reasons. One reason is that he’s talking to someone that he likes more than you, but he wants to keep you just in case plan A doesn’t work out. Another reason he says that, is because he is unsure if he likes you enough and he hasn’t matched with anyone that he likes more — but he has been teased by all those Instagram girls marketing themselves like Only Fans girls that he’s waiting on. And yes, sometimes he legitimately thinks he’s ready, but when her games start he realizes he’s not ready for that crap yet — which is called being wounded. One of the games is that he does like you, but he doesn’t trust that you are as genuine as your profile says. Because, who is? So, he works a lot and seemingly ignores you a little bit because he thinks you want that monetary benefit, even though you won’t say that — even if you say it’s not true. He begins to work more. You both just have a communication deficiency.

Women will pursue jocks initially because achieving goals is hot (and apparently only jocks are doing so… like high school basketball means much aside from roughness and ADHD).
