Nature is so vast and fascinating.🌊

“That the sea is one of the most beautiful and magnificent sights in Nature, all admit.” — John Joly

I love the water bodies. The river, the oceans, seas, and lakes 💙

Take me there and see my emotions 😊

It is the feeling of tranquility and peace. 🙏🏼

When the waves come around towards you it is exciting💖.

I get different types of feelings. It is all a question of emotions and feelings. The sea inspires me ❤️💚😊

We experience the water with all of our senses as I feel with my ear, nose, eyes, and throat

Water has soothing sounds bringing peace,

It brings calmness to the nerves

The color blue is therapeutic

Water is a resource to drink. We cannot do without it.

“To me, the sea is a continual miracle; The fishes that swim–the rocks–the motion of the waves–the ships, with men in them, What stranger miracles are there?” — Walt Whitman

This year I went to Pondicherry now Puducherry. I sat near the sea and was pensive. excited, felt like dancing and singing with the waves of the sea, all the time. Lucia Landini reflects on the 6 benefits of the sea

Then I went to the USA and to the Bay Area around San Francisco at the Albany Bulb, I would go every day and take a walk and go and put my feet in the water. Immediately a sense of relaxation would give me a high.

I feel life is also in waves, happy, sad, full of excitement, regrets, and then again positivity.

“When anxious, uneasy, and bad thoughts come, I go to the sea, and the sea drowns them out with its great wide sounds, cleanses me with its noise, and imposes a rhythm upon everything in me that is bewildered and confused.” — Rainer Maria Rilke

The sea is not always calm. It can be angry also. It casts its fury and brings floods and ruins people, homes, and crops.

I went once on a small ship in Australia and the sea turned violent and I felt seasick and wanted to just throw everything I had eaten.

These days there are a lot of floods in Pakistan and in India. It has been so harmful to people. So many people have lost their lives as the waves swept them on.

This is why I called my story the wonders of the sea. You never know its moods and when it gets violent, or calm and it rocks us with it.

My prompt for this week is The wonders of the sea

What do you feel when you go near the water? Do you enjoy the way I do? Would you like to come and play with me?

Anything that you feel like writing about the water bodies. You may click your own picture or use one from copyright-free sites. Just the feeling of what the sea means to you.

You may write about the calm sea or the angry waves whatever you wish to.

I like to always remember the sea in its happy moments and am a little scared when it goes violent.

So go ahead and play with the sea in its calm moments but move away when it is in an angry mood. 😊😠

What are the takeaways?

🌊The waves of the sea represent the movement of life. Calm, joyous, angry, recovery, happiness.

🌊Just like happiness does not last, sadness also does not last. It is just a challenge and you have to cross over it.

🌊Try to live life with a balance. Remember not to emulate the sea in its angry moments and do not cause harm to others.

Before I close, I would like to present to you a little review of the beautiful posts I received on nature this week.

Posts on Rainbows- Theme of the week

Wendi Gordon : This beautiful story stole my heart. Look at the wonderful double rainbows. They are thrilling. Do take a look. Have you seen anything fancy like this? They are amazing.

William J Spirdione : Like William, I waited another week but this year rainbows eluded me. Anyhow he is creative and made his own rainbows. In his words “One can always make a rainbow with a garden hose, a fine spray nozzle, and that big beautiful sun. Stand with the sun to your back and spray a fine mist in the direction of your shadow”.

Elder Taoist: His beautiful pictures of double rainbows, flowers, the eagle, and the setting sun and the flowers all stole my heart. The double rainbow is out of the world, just outstanding. Enjoy his historical description too.

Dr. Fatima Imam : She loves the colors of the rainbow and she says “vibrant colors of the rainbow have always guided my worldview; instead of assigning black and binaries or even grey boundaries, I look for a color that represents our perspective to find a balance”.

Joyce Nielsen: “May we reflect on the rare sight of a twinned rainbow and come together in peace. Then the angels can look down on us in awe at what WE have created together”.

Nature Posts

Tara Desai PhD : She has beautiful birds as guests in her garden and is looking for help to find out the name of these birds. Hope a nature lover can help.

Elder Taoist: Check out the majestic Orcas! I love them! What a post

Josephine Crispin: “nature is always, always there for us, patiently waiting for us to reciprocate the love, generosity, and nurturing it has been giving us since time immemorial”.

Elder Taoist: Whenever I get frustrated with something in the garden, I simply have to look up and my frustration disappears.

Marie A. Rebelle: “ Nature is beautiful… a place to find rest… a place to refuel… a place to get in touch with yourself, to be quiet, to feel, to be.

Lucia Landini Brings out the benefits of the sea. She definitely feels more relaxed, peaceful and strong when she is near a water body.
