The 6 Beneficial Effects Of Going To The Seaside
Water, Water Everywhere!

The sea! This sentence marked the beginning of every holiday in my life.
Every time I noticed the seaside out of the car window, I felt calmer. I realized that things were going to be ok, again. In fact, while everything changes, the sea is still there, always waiting for me.
My holiday time is divided into before and after: before going into the water, and after, waiting for my next swim, or my next travel to the seaside.
Entering the seaside has many beneficial effects on me, I am sure you will experience the same!
1.I feel relaxed, water surrounds me like a warm hug. I feel I am not alone, I am part of Nature.
2.I look more beautiful: my legs underwater look thinner, and my skin is softer.
3. I feel stronger, and healthier.
4. I feel at peace with Nature and with myself.
5. I appreciate life more. That’s why every time I have a swim I thank the sea.
6. I feel free, I can be myself again. I can play and have fun like a child.

For people like me, who don’t live near the seaside, having a swim is still a magic experience, and I think that I couldn’t enjoy any holiday if no seaside stay is included in the plan!
