Chomping on Coconuts, Carrots and Cinnamon While Cruising Through Colorful Captures From Central Park?

And at Christmas, no less? Continuing the A to Z challenge: Finding interesting new ways to enjoy photography

So far, the A to Z challenge here at In Living Color has been so much fun… crazy and comforting fun… if there’s such a thing as both existing at the same time. No confusion or consternation here.

It’s also been quite popular. Once again, have to give huge credit to Rhonda Carrier, Sam Millichap and Adrienne Beaumont for planting this seed of idea in my head.

Don’t know about you, but I find it rather wonderous to go through my photos in this way. Revisiting old beloved memories. This is the true joy of photography!

By the way, did you know In Living Color has a new editor? Do check out stories by Allisonn Church and give her a nice welcome!

Christmas

Lucky enough, I’m posting this at Christmastime… how appropriate. I wasn’t raised to celebrate Christmas, but I do love it now!

I once went on a Christmas tree tour of Disney World when I worked there. Unfortunately, not all the photos came out so well. It happens. The above capture from Disney’s Polynesian Village didn’t come out too terrible though, and neither did this one from Disney’s Contemporary Resort.

Cinnamon

I love cinnamon. I once tested out grinding my own at home. I had previously published this post here at Medium and it had a lot of external views so I decided to move it over to Vocal Media:

By the way, do you have Vocal? I don’t know about that platform… the biggest turn off for me is not being able to delete stories without asking for permission and not being able to edit published stories without purchasing a membership😔😔

Do you have Vocal? What do you think? Not sure if I’ve heard of anyone having too much success there. Not sure if buying a membership will be worth it or not?

Coconuts

I’ve been known to say “I’m coconutty for coconuts.” Is that charming or annoying?

Hubby is the coconut slayer in our household. Here in Trinidad, they call this kind of coconut a water coconut.

Hmm, by the way, Caribbean starts with ‘C’ also… nice!

Carrots

Eat your carrots. They are good for you!

‘Nough said!

Ok, not exactly Christmas-y… but I love beautiful Central Park anytime.

Colorful

Of course, one of my favorite ‘C’ words is color. Can’t you tell?!?

Oh, but what about camera! There’s no end!

I suppose the biggest challenge with ‘C’ for me was narrowing things down. So many to choose from!

Bonus: Cookies and Cherry Creek

I love cookies. But then who doesn’t?

Bonus random fact: My favorite Muppet characters are Cookie Monster and Chef. Ha ha! Do you have a favorite?
