A Walk In The Woods
Nature prompt third week of November. featuring prompt by amazing poet, writer & photographer William Spiridione

The nature column of the Reciprocal publication has been spreading happiness amongst people and our community has been responding with beautiful experiences that I have been sharing with you.
It gives me the utmost pleasure to say that some writers are responding to my request and reading other nature posts as well.
Some are busy and some others have not yet decided to do so but I keep requesting our writers to read and enjoy the experiences of others as well.
Thank you all for your love and time to give to Nature
This week I would like to feature our very celebrated William J Spirdione whose sonnets are amazing. Here I am a secret to share and make it more open.
I used to write poetry and my first top writer badge on Medium was in poetry.
I learned to write a sonnet from William J Spirdione. So I have been following his beautiful photography and poems for a long time.
So I thought it a great idea and reached out to William Spiridione to host this week’s prompt and though he was busy with election duties he was very kind to accept.
I feel his wonderful words and amazing pictures of beautiful scenes from nature will help us to relax, think, reflect and take a pause in life and restore from our busy lives.
So without further ado, I welcome
William J Spirdione to share November third week’s prompt collab. I am tagging all the readers of Reciprocal to welcome our celebrated writer.

Both the pictures have been clicked by William. Please read what he has to say about A walk in the woods:
When you step into the woods, do you leave your troubles behind? Do you feel the loving embrace of Nature?
Some of you may feel differently. You may have dangerous or deadly creatures in the woods you frequent.
Does the witch from the German fairy tale “Hansel and Gretel” scare you? Or maybe the fighting and talking trees of, L. Frank Baum’s, “The Wonderful Wizard Of Oz” keeps you from relaxing in the woods.
Whatever you feel when entering the woods, we would like to know.

Review of Nature Posts Of Last week
The last week has been full of the most beautiful nature stories.
Posts on Sunrise
Each sunrise is different and is in the present moment. You can miss it if you move. Relax and deep breathe and enjoy the minutes before the sun rises.
Fatima rightly says that the sun transforms us from darkness to light and makes us happy, excited, and hopeful of the new day. It promises new beginnings- to start anew, to try again, and to fall in love again.
This is such a beautiful article. I love your sun The colors reflected in the clouds and sky are more vibrant
The sunrise warms and invigorates Mia. She is like a ship in port whose anchor has been lifted. Her ropes are released to set sail. The sun rising on the horizon brings Fresh new hope into the air.
Sunrises hold a special kind of magic because there is something so pure about being one of the first people awake whilst the rest of the world is still sleeping.
A beautiful painting of the sunrise! An amazing poetic piece of work. I loved each word of it. Monoreena writes that even the sun loves a nap as the clouds overshadow it. In her words,“As the beauty of night slowly vanishes in oblivion, it’s time for a handover”.
Nature posts
Wendi has described the beautiful sunset in Hawaii. She was filled with awe and gratitude every time she watched the sun seemingly descend into the sea. She has aptly quoted that Every sunset is also a sunrise. It all depends on where you stand.
Aarti reconnects with nature. In her story, she recalls her road trip where she saw so many lakes. Her photos are beautiful especially of the solitary goat standing and looking around. She recommends taking a trip to Banff and Canmore towns.
The mountains are amazing and always so majestic. she saw many on her visit to Scotland while driving through the Isle of Skye. She loves the mountains in Oregon that are called the three sisters. Nature is truly walking like a lost soul
Caroline loved the mountains but had to move with her travel plains. She kept turning around to see the mountains. It is true you cannot push the mountains. You can only look at them and admire their beauty and their majestic looks.
Enjoy the beautiful winter balcony full of amazingly bright and colorful flowers and you will be joyful. A real treat. Hopefully this year the flowers will be brighter and better and we can see it too.
What a colorful medley of beautiful flowers. They are amazing. It really does not look as though we are setting in for winters with blooming flowers.
Ravneet shares with us her experiences in an outdoor photography class. Nature has a way of elevating your mood and making you more productive.
Plants are the bomb. I am officially a plant lady because they simply make me happy. Being able to finally keep plants alive gives me a strange feeling of growth.
