Your life is not fixed. And you have the power to change it.

We don’t see things for what they are. We interpret them and give them meaning.

Our beliefs and assumptions from childhood colour how we view the world.

Those beliefs are responsible for how we act and react to events.

For any change in life to occur, you cannot wait for something to happen — for happiness to fall into your lap, for people to start treating you better when you don’t even prioritize yourself.

To change your life, you have to do something different.

To change how you respond to life, you need to shift your emotions. Emotions come from imagination and thoughts. They construct your personality.

Personality consists of memories, behaviours, values, beliefs, attitudes, and perceptions that we either show to the world or hide from people.

Your set of habits is not random.

Your habits reflect your personality ➡ Your personality runs your life.

However, your personality is not fixed. You can change who you are.

Start with small steps. Society glorifies huge leaps, but baby steps will give you long-lasting effects.

1. Change 3 little morning habits.
