Easy and Incredible Practice to Create Your Dream Life
Can visualization change your life?

You may feel sceptical about visualization. I know I did for years.
You may come up with various reasons why your dreams won’t work. I did, and it kept me stuck.
I was sceptical about my abilities and what I wanted to achieve.
My inner critic turned out to be a sum of assumptions gathered throughout the years, especially during childhood.
That inner critic was irrational. An illusion.
The good news is: you can change your beliefs. You can achieve anything you want.
No matter who you are, you can become a new version of yourself — that version you always wanted to be.
Your identity is not fixed.
The Feeling Is The Secret.
You have the ultimate control over how you feel by focusing on thoughts that make you feel good or bad.
And how you feel, you attract.
The key to creating your best life is to feel good about your goal.
You don’t have to radiate positivity 24/7. You can have bad days and still feel confident about your potential and reaching your goals.
When you feel like your dreams are out of your reach, you will sabotage your efforts.
But when you feel confident about your goal, you will make it happen.
Great Life Starts in Your Imagination.
Your imagination is responsible for creating misery in your life as well as joy and abundance.
Imagination sets the goal for your brain so that your subconscious mind works towards it. Next, your thoughts, actions, and habits align with your purpose.
A human being always acts and feels and performs in accordance with what he images to be true about himself and his environment.
— Maxwell Maltz
Your nervous system cannot tell the difference between what you imagine to be true or what you experience in your physical reality. Research has shown that mental practices are almost as effective as physical practices.
You don’t act according to what things are, but what you think they are. The image you hold in your mind dictates your behaviour.
When you believe that the world is dangerous, you react with fear and aggression.
When you think your partner is cheating on you, you act desperately, almost maniacally, and you end up driving your partner away, sometimes in the arms of somebody else.
Since you can imagine the worst-case scenario, why not imagine yourself successful?
Imagine your best life with all your senses. Through your imagination, design the life you want.
5-Minute Practice to Start and End Your Day.
Picture vividly: who you would like to be?
How would you wake up? What does your bed feel like?
How do you react to the world when you open your eyes, and your legs hit the ground? What would you wear?
How would you react to waking up in your dream house? How would you react when waking up next to your dream partner?
Where would you drink your morning coffee? What sounds do you listen to? Is it music? The excitement of the city buzz or sounds of nature?
What do you eat for breakfast when you feel healthy and energized?
How do you talk to yourself in the mirror? I bet you would not worry, but wear a big smile on your face. I bet you would not fear anything that comes your way because you are so confident knowing you can handle anything.
Do you rush through mornings or create a ritual? I bet you gently massage your face, worship your skin and treat it with care.
What do you do next? Do you work on your computer with your desk facing a giant window opening to the serene countryside or overlooking the city?
Do you feel needed and appreciated? Do you feel excited about your day? Do you know you can spend the money you want on things you need because there is always more? Do you feel abundant?
I bet you feel secure and curious about life. I bet you praise others because you know no envy but see beauty everywhere you go. You feel whole and complete, and that is why you uplift others.
How do you feel about your eating habits? Do you cook with passion? Are you satisfied with simple food that nourishes you?
How do you talk to your body? I bet you hug yourself and chant loving words to your arms, stomach, and thighs. Do you feel motivated to work out? Where do you take your body for daily walks?
How do you react to people? I bet you send a smile wherever you go. I bet you help those in need.
When you come home in the evening, how do you end your day? Where are you? Sitting in a comfy armchair or on the porch watching the sun goes down?
Who are you sitting with, or do you prefer alone time? Do you pick fresh herbs from the garden to make some tea? How do you feel about your day?
I bet you feel satisfied with the work and growth you have done. How do you fall asleep? Knowing that everything works out for you?
Can you feel how much energy is running through your body?
The key with visualization is to feel the emotion of already having your desire — the feeling of being content and at peace.
Visualization is just one of many tools to make you feel good. It is not a requirement to live a happy life. It is a resource.
Build a New Personality.
Teach your body what your future is going to feel like. Feel the same emotions in the present moment that you want to feel in the future.
Your reality will change when you change how you feel about yourself every day. When you ground yourself in the new identity, your whole world shifts.
When you think like a successful person, you become it.
When you think like a healthy person, you become it.
You commit to new habits. You commit to new thinking. Over time, your subconscious mind accepts this as the “new normal”. You’ll start thinking bigger thoughts and taking actions in line with this new you.
Practice it every day. Consistency imprints new feelings on your subconscious mind.
Practice a new attitude toward life through your imagination. Your brain cannot tell the difference either way.
When you practice new emotions, you create a new self-image which drives your behaviour, attract people, and events.
Forget about any limitations or reasons why it may not work out.
You already deserve everything you want, and your refusal to believe it keeps you stuck.
Imagination is the fuel for your success.
If you can imagine it, you can achieve it. If you can dream it, you can become it.
— William Arthur Ward
If you want an extraordinary life, commit to creating it.
