Your Life Is As Good As You Allow It To Be
Why mindset matters?

Because the world begins in your head.
Whatever you experience is a reflection of your state of mind.
What you think affects your state of being.
And how you feel, you attract.
Mindset is a set of assumptions that build expectations for your life.
You will always act in alignment with how you think about yourself.
How you value yourself in your subconscious mind is creating your:
- perceptions,
- behaviors,
- how you are responding to events and people.
All of your actions, feelings, behaviors, even your abilities are always consistent with your self-image.
— Maxwell Maltz
When you believe in yourself, no obstacles can stop you. Your subconscious will always find solutions.
When you doubt your abilities, your mind will come up with millions of excuses why your dreams may not work.
When you believe in yourself, your dreams turn into goals.
But if you still doubt yourself, your dreams remain just that — wishful thinking.
Healthy self-concept (what you think about yourself) creates a successful life.
Convincing your mind that you are destined for success brings a myriad of opportunities. You start spotting possibilities. You perceive abundance. You act on your impulses.
However, if you linger in the conviction that success is just a stroke of luck. Guess what? You are right.
Whether you think you can, or you think you can’t — you’re right.
― Henry Ford
Whatever you believe will become your truth.
Being aware of your beliefs and assumptions about the world promotes healthy self-esteem.
Realizing the story you perpetuate in your head enables you to control it and mould it so that it serves you.
When somebody is successful in forming healthy relationships or in their professional life, it doesn’t mean they are lucky.
Those successful people have strong self-concept that boosts their stamina, self-worth, and willpower. Their subconscious mind knows they are successful, so theirs lives are designed to fit into those beliefs.
They act and speak with confidence because they know life shapes itself to match their feeling state.
You are not a slave to external events.
You create external circumstances by the story you play on repeat in your mind about yourself, your partner, your co-workers, and the world in general.
Self-concept is the number one thing that paves your road to getting what you want.
When you perceive each day as a gift — the ability to learn and grow as a human being, you dictate how the day unfolds.
Our mindset makes or breaks us. It determines the quality of our lives.
The beliefs you hold within will pave the way towards your success or doom.
Your ferocious belief in failure will cause your mind to come up with obstacles that haven’t even shown up yet! You will make a list of what might go wrong before you even start.
You believe you won’t lose the weight because you cannot live without pasta and sweets. You assume you won’t get to a good college because none of your family succeeded before. See? You have already predetermined your life.
If you can so effectively believe in your “can’ts”, think how much would you benefit if you start believing in what you CAN achieve.
It all starts within you. Within your mindset.
Success doesn’t happen. Confidence is not an innate quality. Happiness is not a stroke of luck. Health is not given. Good days are not coincidences.
They all begin within your mindset. And establishing a strong mindset takes discipline. But it is worth it.
When you change your mindset, your opportunities shift as well.
