Don’t believe what you see. What you see in front of you is always filtered through your beliefs, concepts established from observations, and the environment you have been brought up in.
It is colored with your memories, meanings you attach to those memories, assumptions, and unfortunately, limitations. However, the perfect news is you get to change your inner beliefs, thus changing what you see in front of you.
Pro tip: Never believe what you see in front of you. Only have faith in your imagination. What you believe you are capable of, will become a reflection in real life.

If you discover that instead of opportunities, you notice only obstacles, excuses why it may not work, those are the beliefs you need to shift.
Your self-concept is everything.
When we go out into the world, we can only spot those circumstances that support our beliefs. How you feel about yourself will always be affirmed through how others treat you as well.
Let’s say you consider yourself unattractive. No matter how many people may give you glances of approval, you will not be able to recognize them as your thinking is stained by your faulty conviction.
When you believe that money is hard to come by, no matter how many opportunities may be introduced into your life, you will not be able to map them out.
See? You live in an illusion, constrained by the ceiling of your own making.
How to deal with unwanted reality
Let’s say you are in unfavorable circumstances. Alone, when you want to be surrounded by friends. Ill, when you want to be full of energy and vitality. Poor, when you want to feel comfortable and free.
First of all, the key is to not get triggered by what is in front of you.
In other words: believe it, and then you will see it, as Wayne Dyer liked to preach, and I cannot disagree.
First, we need to feel differently for the reality in front of us to change. The shift always starts within us, never the other way around. You cannot feel poor and manifest freedom and abundance because you are confined by the prison of your imagination.
The quality of thought guarantees the quality of life
Your life experiences spring from the thoughts you think daily.
For example, if you constantly think about accidents, dangerous things that may happen once you step outside the door, you will begin to feel fearful, anxious, panicked. And so with time, it becomes your prevalent state in which you operate daily.
Your body is not at ease.
That is how dis-ease is created. You start feeling down, have no energy to move your body like you used to, you are poisoning your body into the fearful state of not participating in life because you think the outside is scary.
Since we are the ones who perpetuate negative thinking, why not switching to a positive one?
If you cultivate more empowering thoughts about hope, confidence, start believing you are safe, guided, independent, your confidence level goes up.
Your body responds differently to those thoughts. Your posture is more erect. You have more energy. You start smiling, making jokes.
The cycle begins.
You remain in the positive state, a more confident way, as you approach life more daringly, you think more courageous thoughts.
Do not let ‘what is’ dictate your future
It is not about non-reaction to 3D. It is about how you react.
You can always choose how you want to feel right at this moment. That is how powerful you are.
You can either choose to be influenced by something external to make you feel like crap, or you can become independent and feel good despite what is going on around you. Because deep down, you know that this situation is only temporary. You are not the puppet.
You are the mastermind.
Whenever you respond to somebody’s lack of attention by craving their validation, you are persisting in desperate attempts to be seen. When in fact, you are already seen.
You need to step into the reality where you feel wanted, loved, accepted.
How to do that? Know you are already there.
Imagine any current unwanted reality melting away when you step into the true reality — the one created in your powerful, confident, unfuckable, mind.
You would never complain, whine, be loud just to get someone’s attention since you already got it.
How would you react? Calm. Enjoying yourself. Laughing. Appreciating. Taking time for yourself. Doing something nice for others. Especially being kind.
Think about it, since you already have everything you ever wanted, you really could not care less about any mean comments, criticism, trying to make somebody like you.
You are already it.
Respond to 3D with confidence and self-belief.
For example, when you are in a ‘no contact’ situation with somebody you care about, you are miserable and feeling incomplete. When they reach out to you, suddenly you become euphoric and hopeful. That is total control of your emotions through external sources.
Do not give up your power that easily.
Can you feel the difference between needing something and knowing you are actually going to get it? You are not reacting from a desperate place of neediness or lack.
You are responding from the place of power: Oh, I already have got this. I don’t have to worry about it. I always get what I want. I don’t need any validation. I don’t need your attention. I am safe within myself.
Start your affirmation journey and watch as your life undergoes a major change.
The end state is the state of your being
I bet you have already come across this term. But what does it actually mean? Acting as if?
You can pretend. You can ignore your emotions, but it will only backfire.
Sometimes when we feel unsure of ourselves or our future, affirming positive mantras only makes us feel worse.
It helps me is to sit in silence and realize I get to influence how I feel. Only me. Nobody else. With closed eyes and silence within me, I get to steer my emotions into calmness, harmony, peace, confidence.
Because, after all, that is how would you feel in the end state when your desire comes true.
There would be no frantic thinking about when, how, or where you are going to get what you want. There would be no haste, no impatience, no desperation. Just pure bliss and satisfaction with where you are now.
The end state is the state of your being.
Since I already have everything, since I already am complete, there is no need for manifesting rituals, visualizations, and trying. It is all about how I feel.
So simple!
And that is why, I think, so many people doubt it because of its simplicity. We have been conditioned into hard work, hustle, and making something happen that we hardly believe getting anything we want can be that easy.
The key is not to be influenced by anything external
The golden rule that made my life so easy: If I don’t find pleasure in doing something I am not engaging.
Oh, what a cliché you might say. But do you truly exercise this privilege of saying no? Of choosing your priorities?
If I do not feel like drinking coffee, I am not ordering just because everyone else is, or I happen to be near the coffee shop.
If I don’t enjoy sitting on the couch watching the movie, I refuse to engage in the marathon and proceed with an activity that brings me joy and ease at the moment. Write that article. Take the nap.
If I see a negative headline with sensationalized news, I do not read it.
You may call it selfish. You may call it ignorance. I call it bliss and the picky joy of living.
Refusing to keep ties with a complaining friend does not make you an arrogant person. It makes you healthy. That friend who constantly finds fault in everyone and every life occurrence will get angry with your leave, even might feel lonely. But that is only their own making, as people who complain either repel people or draw like-minded companions into their misery.
We tend to crave control over the future
We have learned that control brings us stability and security. Can you see how backward that thinking is?
When you try to control the outcome, it means you feel fearful. And fear is not living in the end.
Fearful is a completely opposite state of trust.
That is why you need to embody the state of faith, peace, unconditional love towards yourself because you are the world you seek to experience.
If you are constantly worrying about the future, trying to force the event to happen, the person to notice you — you are living in lack. And it is not the reality you want to experience.
That is why uncomfortable situations are going to replay over and over again.
To change that, you need to trust yourself, love yourself no matter the emotions raging in you right now because you know you are that powerful, and you get to stabilize how you feel.
You can also forgive yourself for the past, for what you did not know, and persist with knowing that you are creating the most amazing reality starting right now.
No resentment. No fear. No doubting.
The emotion you are after is already within you: the love, the ease, the joy. You don’t need external conditions to influence your wellbeing. You are already it. Then everything around you becomes the natural extension of your feeling state.
You manifest more by letting go than actually holding a tight grasp on it.
You are a limitless being. But controlling, forcing, manipulating is a limited state of being.
In fact, control is not the extension of your true nature. Kindness, love, peace, and harmony — those are states of who you really are.
The past is only in your head
How you look at memories and past events determines your feelings at this moment. How you feel right this second influences your future unfolding.
Whatever the meaning you ascribe to memories — this happened to me, or this happened for me — can change your whole future.
Our mind is that powerful.
You are either a victim of your past or a product of what you decided to coin past events so that they have strengthened you, boosted your confidence, and made you who you are today.
When you see the past as wisdom, a lesson learned, you become a winner.
There is a huge difference between wanting something and believing you are going to get it eventually.
There is doubt, fear, insecurity, attempt to control, attachment, shallow breathing on one side. And there is calm, relaxation, trust, full deep breaths on the other side.
Do you know the cool state?
Wanting something and not being afraid of it because you know you are going to get it. Not ‘make it happen.’ Not ‘beg for it.’
But effortlessly receive it through the process of enjoying this life filled with unconditional love for your choices, allowing others to follow their unique paths, and not minding any other business.
I finally give myself the permission to stumble, to discover the world anew every day, to make my own choices with peace and trust because I know they will always get me somewhere special.
The ‘magic trick’ lies in keeping faith with every step you take.
