3 Signs You’re Making Progress on Your Spiritual Awakening Journey
While others talk about doom, you give hope
1. You’re Clothed in Humility
There are many people out there who boast on the internet about their spiritual gifts, their physical achievements, and how much money they make.
Some people do good simply to talk about it later, others help the poor to tell the world what they’ve done, and still, others use spirituality to act like they’re better than everyone else.
A truly evolved soul would do none of those things.
They won’t be seen telling the world how much they’re making a month. You will not see them boasting about their accomplishments or their spiritual gifts.
As they know very well, they are not better than anyone else, and they will not sing their own praises.
They recognize that pride is a dangerous thing. Pride leads to humiliation, but humility leads to wisdom. It takes an evolved soul to remain humble, especially when they are well-learned and have it all.
But the fact that they’re so humble and usually take the lowly position of a servant doesn’t mean they lack confidence. They are confident in themselves, which is why they don’t need to boast for approval or sing their own praise for applause. They’re confident in themselves, their skills, and their abilities, but they won’t brag about it.
They know so much, but the more they learn, the more they realize how much they don’t know and how much they still have to learn. The more they know, the more they realize they know nothing at all.
Their humble nature is the reason they’re loved by everyone, and even animals are drawn to their gentle spirit so they can feel their warmth. Their presence is refreshing and calming. This makes them the healers of the world.
When people don’t feel right in their spirit, they go to them for guidance and by the time they leave, they’re uplifted and know just what to do.
Having tamed their ego, they enter any room with humility. They don’t have to prove who they are, but their lives speak for them.
2. You Keep a Positive Mindset
The world is going through so many changes nowadays that it’s easy to adopt the mindset of “the sky is falling and the world is coming to an end.” Many people are preaching doom and gloom, and it’s quite unfortunate.
The evolved souls, however, are the lights of the world. They hold a light within and they shine it so that others in the darkness can see the way. It is their light that keeps people going in dark times.
The way they see things, even in bad situations, is completely different because they have such a positive outlook. They see things in a way others can’t. They can see clearly that the old world is falling apart, so it can be put back together again on a stronger foundation.
They don’t exaggerate small problems, but they also don’t disregard them. In order to minimize big problems, they look for blessings within them. With every misfortune, there’s a blessing, and they’re good at spotting them.
Instead of dwelling on negative things, they prefer to focus on positive things.
Rather than talking about doom, they give hope. While others are crying over spilled milk, they focus on finding solutions.
In difficult times, they stay steadfast and don’t give in to despair. They know that the sun always returns after the darkest night, and when the storm comes, sometimes it brings a rainbow.
Evolved souls are quick to let things go. They don’t bring up the past in every conversation. And the future? They don’t waste their time worrying about it. They know that the future takes care of itself. The only thing they focus on is the present moment — the here and now — while trying their best to make the future a better place.
Similarly, they see the good in people instead of complaining about their negative characteristics.
3. Your Heart is Pure
The world is full of mean, rude, and evil souls trying to spread darkness by hurting, abusing, and attacking people. In the same way that there are lightworkers who work to spread light, there are dark workers who work to bring about darkness.
As big as the sky and as pure as a dove, the heart of an evolved soul is a light for the world.
Although their pure hearts and the light they carry make them easy targets for evil, they are always protected, even when they sleep. They never suffer harm, and if they do, they are protected.
They fear not and they love a lot.
They are the kind of people who love to help other people because helping and giving to others makes them truly happy. When they help others, their intentions are never hidden, so they do not expect anything in return.
Their love and care extend not only to people but also to animals, plants, and water bodies.
Their approach to life is to treat everyone they meet with dignity and respect. Even if they don’t always agree with everyone’s viewpoints, they are respectful.
Their pure hearts can be seen in their ability to forgive those who have hurt them. They are never overcome with hatred. They know that hatred is the worst form of pain. But they are sincere with their emotions.
Those around them feel comfortable and safe knowing that they won’t be fooled or lied to. They always tell the truth and do not like to make things up or pretend to know or be something they are not.
They also keep their promises. They don’t like letting people down. They’re committed and always follow through on what they say.
They’re kind and compassionate. They understand that people aren’t always jolly and they don’t force them to be. They create space for others to come as they are.
As evolved souls, they know that cheerfulness isn’t always measured by the smile on the face, but the joy inside the heart speaks more.
It’s fun to be around them because of their big hearts, and they’re so easygoing that people can talk to them about anything.
As a result of all they do for humanity, blessings are never too far away from them. Angels are always beside them, watching over them at all times.
Blessed are the pure in heart, for they shall see God.
