23 Mixed Messages from Higher Dimension Entities & Alien Beings

[Updated November 18, 2023] Can they really predict the future?

I AM fascinated by channeling. I do it myself and I have written several articles related to channeling, with more to come.

Channelers and the entities they bring through offer a lot of insight into the spiritual nature of reality. Many of them hold similar general views on reality, consciousness, and the human experience. But they also differ considerably when it comes to details.

I personally take all these messages with a grain of salt. I recognize the “imaginational” basis of the 4th Dimension and the infinite alternative experiences that are possible in an infinite universe.

Each of us has our own truth. Others can give guidance when they resonate with our frequency. But in the end, we each need to find our personal truth.

Realizing this, here are some ways that channelers and channeled messages vary in certain details about reality and how channeling works.

This first might be the most significant:

1. Is the Message Pure? — Some channelers believe that it is possible to completely remove any influence of their own ego-personality, or reduce it to an imperceptible degree when they channel another dimensional being. They often point to some special characteristics that enable them to do that, implying that others cannot do the same.

‘Deep Trans (or Unconscious) Channeling’, for example, is often considered a more pure form of channeling in comparison to ‘Light Trans (or Conscious) Channeling’. Also, having a spouse or partner who helps with the channeling is considered better than not having a second person. Some say that all channeled messages are influenced by the channeler to a degree. More experienced channelers are assumed to have less of their personal ego coming through than newbies. But there is no proof of that assumption.

The messages received are usually not in a spoken language. They come in the forms of information or energy “downloads” that the channeler “feels” and then interprets into their native language. This is a major source of ego, personality, and cultural biases (see #2 below).

I heard one prominent channeler say that it is best to feel the energy being transmitted when listening to a channeled message and to not take the specific words as fact. This might explain the poor record that channelers have in forecasting the future (see #13 below).

A researcher who studies channeling at the Noetic Institute (see interview at end of this article) claims that four factors influence all channeling: (1) the Channeler; (2) the Entity channeled; (3) the Message that is being delivered; and (4)the Audience receiving the message. Each of these contributes a specific vibration, frequency, or energy to the channeling event, which shapes its outcome.

More “awakened” channelers are often described as having merged their lower ego-personality (the “channel” or “channeler”) with their higher aspect personality (the entity channeled). The personality difference between when they are channeling and when they are not channeling is less, and they are more likely to be living examples of what they are teaching.

2. Why the European/Western Bias? — Channelers and other psychics in the West (Europe and the Americas) seem to know a lot about spiritual traditions from Europe (mostly Christian), the Middle East (Egypt and Babylon), and Atlantis (pre-history). They sometimes speak of American Indian, Mayan, and Aztec beliefs (the Americas).

But, they seem to know nothing about the spirits, gods, philosophies, and cosmologies of Africa, South Asia (except Buddha), Southeast Asia (except maybe Anchor Wat), Oceania, and East Asia (except Lao Tzu and Kuan Yin, on rare occasion).

They seem to know more about the Pleiades and Sirius than they do about the ancient non-Western spiritual cultures on planet Earth. If the message is a pure transmission of higher dimensional knowledge, shouldn’t that knowledge be beyond ethnocentric limitations? [This was also my biggest complaint about Jane Robert’s “Seth” material, which otherwise I loved.]

Related to this, American channelers often channel messages that assume what is happening in the US applies to the entire world. This was especially seen in the 2020 US Presidential election where every new incident was evidence that the political systems around the world were collapsing. This was not true for the entire world. And even in the US, such a collapse is far from evident.

THE TWO ISSUES above (#1 and #2) are the most serious because they affect the quality and applicability of the messages given.

The next set of issues listed below (#3 to #15) are more significant than those beyond #15. Note that these are not listed in any particular order, except that I tried to group similar items together.

3. My Truth or the Ultimate Truth? —A few channeled entities state that their message is how they see reality and that it may not resonate with how others see reality.

At the other extreme, a few channeled entities insist that they speak the only truth and that their followers should not listen to any other teachings. Saying that is quite rare. More commonly messages are delivered that “sound” like they are the ultimate truth, even if that is not stated.

4. Is it Me or Something Else? —Many of the more public channelers insist that the entity coming through them is a being that is completely separate from themselves. The main evidence is that the entity knows and expresses information that the channeler could not know.

Others say that all channeling is an aspect of one’s own self, despite how it may look and feel. That aspect is often described as a “future self” or “higher self”. We all have the ability to tap into that source of information.

There are some channelers who channel a lot of different beings. Pamela Aaralyn, for example, lets her paid followers vote for who she will channel next. She sometimes complains that they are only interested in “celebrities”. They are less interested (because fewer show up) when she channels messages from her personal guides.

But I also like this definition of channeling that she posted on Facebook:

Each Universe has energetic and physical laws that help it operate. In this Universe, the Universal Law of Oneness is what can be applied to help us not get confused. All beings are one. This means if a spirit guide has an agenda, it’s you having that agenda. All guides are versions of ourselves.

There truly is no separation. We are channeling ourselves but since the majority of earth is asleep to this truth, our “selves” go along with it and play the dream of separation to help us grow past it…. (March 22, 2022)

5. Is there Free Will on Earth? — Some say that each person has absolute free will and we are always creating the life and universe experiences that we desire. We do that to teach ourselves certain lessons.

Others say that forces external to ourselves (such as aliens and secret governments) limit our free will. These forces are usually considered ‘bad’ or ‘evil’. Some, for example, consider the Earth a “prison planet” controlled by alien forces.

6. Is there such a thing as Good and Bad?— Some see good and bad as relative concepts that do not exist from a higher dimensional perspective. Instead, all phenomena are neutral and it is only humans who place good and bad value judgments on them.

Others see good and bad as real and that we must strive to bring more goodness into the world to overcome the bad. Many, but not all, see the universe as always evolving toward good, even though we do not recognize that from our limited human perspective.

7. Overcoming Evil with Love? — Related to the previous item (#6), many channeled beings say that “unconditional love” is the ultimate source of energy in the universe. Love can overcome all challenges, and in fact, we face challenges to teach us that lesson.

Others say that the dark forces of the universe are too cunning and manipulative. We need to protect our body, mind, and spirit, which we can do in many different ways. And we also need to expose the dark powers (especially the Cabal and Illuminati) to overcome their evil, which is often referred to as a form of “disclosure”. Being “woke” often refers to becoming aware of this type of disclosure.

(Another form of “disclosure” refers to governments acknowledging their collaborations with UFOs and aliens — which is also considered “evil”.)

8. The Purpose of Life — I have heard, from different channeled entities (and other sources), that the purpose of life is…

1. to Create; to learn how to “create our own reality”.
2. to Learn and Evolve, which will lead to Awakening, Enlightenment, and Higher Dimensions.
3. to ‘Be Here Now’.
4. to Transcend (the thinking mind, physical forms, and illusions) to reach Non-duality or “Oneness”.
5. to Unconditionally Love both ourselves and all existence.
6. to Remember that we are God / Source / All That Is.
7. to Answer the Question: Who Am I? (which might be related to all the other categories above)

I am not sure if these are mixed messages. They may all be the same thing at different levels of awareness/consciousness. But it still gets confusing.

9. The Fallacy of “Higher” Dimensions — Quite a few channeled beings comment that they are not “higher” than humans, and that they learn as much from us as we do from them. I have also heard that we humans have more to teach the other dimensions than they have to teach us!

But channelers and their followers often treat the channeled entities as “gods” (small “g”) or “gurus”. They tend to see their messages as infallible and absolute truth (see #1 and #3, above). Thus, this mixed message category comes less from the entities than from the channelers and their followers.

Treating the messages as infallible contradicts a fundamental teaching of many channeled beings: You should not believe them based on what they say, but instead, you should follow your own direct personal experience to find the truth.

Although they use the word “higher dimension”, it is more accurate to say “lighter density”. A lighter density gives one a different perspective on reality. That “other perspective” may seem infallible from our current 3D perspective. But nothing is higher/better or lower/worse in the final analysis — it is just different.

(I should note that some say that the evil aliens really do think they are smarter, higher, and better than humans, which is why they keep us enslaved — see #5 above.)

This model of the different spiritual dimensions shows how each is a different perspective of the same shared reality:

10. Dumbing Down the Message for Earthlings — I have heard some channeled beings talk about making their messages more simple so the humans can understand them. This is sometimes made in reference to the complexity of the Seth channelings by Jane Roberts — which I love. Abraham Hicks is often described as a simplified version of Seth/Jane Roberts, for example.

I even heard one channeled Pleiadean entity admit that it was not a Pleiadean. After much questioning, it said it was a much higher dimensional being playing the role of a lower level Pleiadean so it could communicate with humans better! (I was kind of shocked when I heard them admit that, but not surprised.)

11. Time and Space: are they Real or Not? — Most channeled beings say that “time” and the related concept of “space” are most felt in the first three dimensions (1D, 2D, and 3D. They get weaker and more flexible in the 4th Dimension (think of time and space in your dreams) and weaker still in 5D.

Some say they completely disappear in the 6D and higher dimensions. But others say that they still exist in the higher dimensions, although in still weaker forms. They only completely disappear at the level of Source, God, or the Unified Field (from theoretical physics). (This latter perspective is my own belief.)

12. Timelines — Timelines generally consist of a past, a present, and a future that are all connected in a single unit. Those who talk about timelines approach the topic in one of two ways:

(1) We create or select our own individual timeline constantly. In every moment we are creating a past, present, and future through our vibrational energies. We also share (vibrationally) portions of our timelines with other entities that exist in our awareness. Each of them, however, is creating their own timeline. — A variation of this says that there is only one time, which is the present moment. The past is a memory of previous present moments. The future is a present moment interpretation of patterns we see in our past memories that we then project in the present. The real future can never be known (at least not in the 3rd Dimension).

(2) The second use of the word “timeline” focuses on larger group timelines (family, country, planet) that we are a part of. These compete with one another and are a major influence on us individually. These group timelines are often created by other-dimensional beings (aliens and secret governments). They can be changed by humans acting collectively with intention.

Both of the above perspectives are true. But most channelers speak from either one or the other perspective.

13.Are Prognostications (future predictions) Accurate? — I kept track of what some channeled beings said in 2019 about what the US Stock Market would do in 2020, as well as the US presidential election. All the Stock Market predictions were wrong. And none of them predicting how strong the stock market performed.

A few made strong predictions in late-2020 that Trump would remain president, even after he lost the election (much to their surprise). I was pleased when, in February 2021, one of them swore he would never make another prediction again. Others, however, were still looking for Trump to return to the White House later in 2021.

Beyond these two examples, as 2020 wore on, many channeled beings began to hedging their initial predictions for 2020 and 2021. They started saying that there are so many competing “global timelines” that are present this year, that whatever they say could be wrong.

Every Year is the Most Important Ever in the Planet’s Ascension

If you listen to channeled messages in different years over the past decade or so (on YouTube), you will find that every year is a year of great challenge and great transformation.

The messages are exactly the same in past years as what I am hearing for 2020. And many are now predicting the same thing for 2021. I found this a bit depressing, as I looked back at those years in my own life and I did not recall seeing any huge global transformations.

My own skeptical interpretation of this is that those are the messages that people want to hear — impending doom for the masses and spiritual ascension for the chosen believers. It is what people pay for, and so it is what many channelers deliver!

On the one hand, many channelers predict the future because it gets them more viewers on YouTube. That is an unethical motivation. All channelers should stay away from predicting the future for ethical reasons, in my opinion.

But a more comprehensive review than I have done here might come up with more clear links between the history of channeled predictions of ascension and changes that have taken place on Earth. For example, there is a lot of evidence that the planet today is more peaceful, more prosperous, and at a higher vibration than it has ever been in recorded human history — despite what the evening news might be telling us.

“I am not cautious, I am simply realistic. When you understand the nature of reality, then you realize that predictions of future events are basically meaningless. You can predict some events and they can occur, but you create the future in every moment.

Time, in your terms, is plastic. Most predictions are made in a highly distorted fashion; they can lead the public astray. Not only that, but when the predictors fall flat on their faces it does not help “The Cause.” Reality does not exist in that fashion. You can tune in to certain probabilities and predict “that they will occur,” but free will always operates. No god in a giant ivory tower says, “This will happen February 15 at 8:05.” And if no god predicts, then I do not see the point of doing so myself.” — Seth (Jane Roberts), Seth Speaks: The Eternal Validity of the Soul, Appendix: ESP Class Session, January 5, 1971 (bold text added by me)

14. Right or Left Politics? — Yes, higher dimensional beings do have political leanings. Many support Donald Trump’s presidency, policies, and re-election. This is because they saw him as dismantling the matrix structure that they blame for some 3000 years of human suffering on Earth. A higher dimensional structure would then replace it. That higher dimensional structure sounds a lot like libertarianism.

Most channelers opposed COVID-19 restrictions and the wearing of masks. They felt both were orchestrated efforts (a plandemic) by the old matrix (or cabal, or secret government) to strengthen its hold over humanity. Evil aliens were often helping with this agenda.

Interestingly, channelers themselves tend to be more conservative than their channeled entities. The channeled messages they deliver can be much more tempered in their views, even left-wing and supporting masks.

I also think channelers should stay out of politics, again for ethical reasons.

The following set of mixed messages are interesting but less serious than those above.

15. Incarnations: On Earth or Not? — Most channeled entities say that after we leave this life we can reincarnate in any dimension, in any time period, and on any planet, based on what is deemed best for our development. Nowadays, they also say that reincarnations can be in the past, the future, or at the same time as other incarnations.

Alternatively, a few say that all our incarnations are on Earth and they must occur one after another, in terms of our normal, 3D understanding of time.

16. Incarnations: Free Will or Not? — Most say that we (or our soul) have absolute free will to reincarnate in whatever way is best for our individual development. We have higher dimensional guides to help us make this decision after we leave this life.

Others say that there is a higher being (our Oversoul, or even God) who forces us to take certain reincarnations that we do not want to take. This is why some are born into a life of suffering. In the end, though, suffering also contributes to our soul’s development.

17.The Number of Dimensions — Some say there are 7 dimensions/densities, which some also say correlated with the 7 human body chakras. Others say there are 8, 9, 11, 12, 14, 34, hundreds, and an infinite number of dimensions/densities. Comparing dimensions is particularly challenging, with people and beings having different and overlapping definitions, even when they have the same number of dimensions.

And, of course, every channeled entity says it is from the highest dimension possible! (A title I have for a possible article is: “My Higher Self is from a Higher Dimension than Your Higher Self”. 😁)

18. The Highest Channeled Dimensions — Some say the Angelic dimension is the highest dimension of consciousness that can be channeled by humans. But exactly which dimension is the “Angelic dimension” is debated. In general, there are different types of angels spread across many different dimensions. Archangels tend to be the highest and are said to be in the 8th and higher dimensions.

Some say that “Source Consciousness” (or “God Consciousness”) is the highest channeled message that one can access. They say that is extremely rare with only 5 people on the planet able to reach that level of channeling. All the others channeled messages are below that. They say that others who claim to channel Source are either ignorant or faking it. (To me, that seems to be an ego-centric trait among the channelers who say this.)

19. The 4th & 5th Dimensions — Most define the 5th Dimension as a kind of “heaven on Earth”. Some say we can and should completely jump over the 4th Dimension in the Earth’s ascension to the 5th.

Others see the 4th Dimension as essential because it is where we learn how to become a 5th Dimensional being. Still others see that level of learning taking place in the 5th Dimension, not before it. (This one is very confusing!)

20. When Will Earth Enter the 5th Dimension? — December 21, 2020 (and the week immediately after) was a popular date last year. Now that we are in the middle of 2021, nobody mentions that date anymore.

I have also heard, end of 2021, in 2032, in 2034, in 50 years, in 100 years, and in 1000 years. The number depends on how you define the 5th Dimension (see #19). Most all agree that we will eventually end up there. People who do not want to ascend will either decide to “return to the other side” or find another version of Earth to somehow move to.

21. Does Earth Continuously Evolve Forward or Cycle Through Ups and Downs? — Hindu cosmology is often associated with the idea that we cycle through better and worse times, without advancing. Most channelers seem to support the idea that we are always evolving to higher and better states of being. That too can come about through a steady cycle of challenging times and times of accomplishments.

22. Do We Need to Do Anything At All? — Relate to #20 and #21, many are saying that there is no turning back on the Earth’s ascension to the 5th Dimension. They do not know when this will happen, but they say it is imminent.

But they also encourage people to do all they can to make this transformation a success, mostly through spiritual practices, like meditation (which they also often teach). I often feel like they are suggesting that if we do not do this, we or the planet will not ascend.

23. What to Eat and Drink? — To prepare our bodies for a more crystal-based 5D structure, some channelers and channeled entities say we need to eat a very pure diet (organic vegan is ideal). Some say we need to fast (16 hours a day, one prominent channeler said). Adding trace minerals to our water is also advised by some.

Others say that while being more healthy is never a bad thing, none of these are necessary. That is because what you think, say, and do is more important. One cited the following to get this message across:

Jesus said to the crowd: “A man is not defiled by what enters his mouth, but by what comes out of it.” — Matthew 15:11

Conclusion: Welcome to the 4th Dimension!

AS I stated at the beginning, take your channeled messages with a grain of salt.

Especially when it comes to predicting social, economic, and political events, think of channeling as the spiritual equal to talking head political pundits on television.

They present some interesting stories and analyses. Their perspective will ring as absolute truth to some, and may occasionally come true. But they are still opinions and not facts.

Part of this problem is the limitations of our human physical reality “3D” perspective. Wanting a single scientifically verifiable truth is a very 3D characteristic. Higher dimensions (lighter densities) accept multiple truths and great flexibility in almost everything they do.

As a planet, we are currently moving into the 4th (or 5th) Dimension. All channelers and channeled beings agree with this. In this new state of consciousness, imagination will supersede scientific materialism.

It is through your imagination that you create your reality.

A lot of people are creating a lot of different realities (and different timelines) these days. This is the main reason why 2020 felt like a topsy-turvy year of uncertainty. The coming years a likely to not be much different, but at least we are getting used to this new reality where imagination rules the day.

Also realize that we live in an infinite universe, with infinite options, infinite worlds, infinite realities, and infinite versions of ourselves. In that kind of reality, every one of the contradictions that I listed above is true… somewhere.

Another way to think of this is that each of us is following our own, individual spiritual path. We are all working and moving towards awakening in our own way. That is amazing! And it makes all the perspectives and messages above part of the wonder of the universe.
