Greetings, hugs & all things nice!

Hoping you are all doing well mentally, physically, emotionally, energetically. My energies have been all over the place, distracting me from the present, but I’ve found painting helps to ground me. It seems I have discovered another activity that allows me to be creative in ways I never imagined possible. I want to challenge myself and try to paint one of my poems…Transcend those words, go beyond the limitations of ink.

Speaking of transcendence, I have 4 prompts for you this week that I believe will keep you on your toes in terms of deep reflection and creativity. Here’s what I’d like to encourage you to ponder on and of course, write something on, if you wish to do so:

Tuesday: Write about a time you reluctantly had to give up something, but in hindsight, it was the right thing to give it up.

Wednesday: Tell me about what death means to you. Simply the end, reincarnation, or is there an after-life? What scares you about death? Is it leaving people behind? Not accomplishing what you wanted or simply not knowing what is next?

Thursday: How easy or hard do you find asking for help when you need it?

Friday: Write a poem using these words as a reference: “Wash away your burdens

Have fun with these prompts, but also take your time and delve deep. You might be surprised of what you discover.

I am looking forward to reading everyone’s articles. Namas’cray!
