Cleaning, Healing and Aligning Earthly Self

The first and required work to do before reaching the sky

Would you sleep well in a dirty room or eat delicious food in a unwashed plate? We have to do homework before surrendering to the Lovelight. We have to heal one’s family line, to clear any trauma, to earn a living before surrendering to our spirituality. We don’t need to be rich, or even to be fit physically. We need first to clear emotional.

We need roots in this earth to go beyond our ordinary brain bêta state. We need to be grateful to our ancestors and be proud of who they were and are inside us. We need to celebrate our physical self, our crave to evolve, to enlarge our consciousness because of what we received or what we missed.

I am Breton, open to everyone’s identity. We share our identities and expressions in a mosaic, without anybody denying oneself’s identity. This is called diversity. We need to be proud of who we are, so much time to create our physical self, our lifetime shelter.

Like onions, we peel off ourselves, getting rid of the scaffolding we needed in our past, they are now useless.
