The second article by Alexander Cares

The third article by Amy Cottreau

The fourth article, blew my mind, by Tom Byers.

The fifth, sixth, & seventh amazing articles by prolific writer Alvin Ang.

I added a few of my articles from my other publications hoping to add some flavor to the publication.

The role of editors

I allocated multiple editors on purpose. The main reason is to prevent potential bottlenecks for publication. Writers don’t like waiting days for their articles to be published. There are a few publications which made me wait for over a week and there were still no response from them. They use being busy as an excuse. As a writer, I naturally stopped submitting my articles to those type of publications. In our publication, we value writers time and efforts.

Our editors have full authority to edit, accept, and publish articles. If any reasons, if your submitted article is not published or you receive no notification for updates, it means that there is a system error. As we know, there are still occasional glitches on Medium system, and we need to workaround it. Please leave a private note with your concern. I will set up an application email soon and share with you.

Alternatively, if you know the listed editors, you can contact any of them by using private message on their articles. If editors are willing to share their email address for communication, I will publish them in an FAQ document attached to the publication.

Working on our first content marketing strategy as low hanging fruit

Our first content marketing strategy is configuring our Medium profiles to allow our social media accounts.

Writers can add social media connections in their profiles. This will enable the readers to click on the social media links on writers’ articles and share them. This article provide you with necessary steps for adding Twitter to your Medium profile.

As readers, let’s share articles in multiple social media sites. When we receive a medium article, let’s retweet on Twitter, re-post on LinkedIn, and share on Facebook pages.

I will provide you with a step by step guide for content marketing approach for social media in another article.

I am designing a specific Facebook page for ILLUMINATION and will provide you with the details in my next article. This will help us to collaborate better and share our content more effectively with our followers.

In the meantime, you can subscribe the Twitter list that I crated for Medium Writers by clicking on this link. Once you subscribed to this list, you can see the tweets, mainly medium posts, from the member of this list.

By using Twitter lists, I came across fascinating articles easily, as lists filter the relevant posts only from the members. We already have 90 Medium members in this list.

Quick Tip

One simple tip, on Twitter and Facebook, hashtags (#) are very important to access relevant content easily. Therefore, I’d suggest you use the #illumination in your tweets, Facebook, and LinkedIn posts to create further visibility and accessibility to our content in the cyberspace.

Conclusion

Thank you again for your outstanding support.

New writers and editors, please use this article to indicate your interest to participate in this new publication.

You made me feel privileged to work with you as a dream team on this exciting initiative.

Let’s keep the momentum going and continue growing each day iteratively.

I will closely monitor our progress and share the highlights with you.
