Trash Talking in the Tunnels
A chapter of a ‘choose your own’ tale

“Hey… over here, fur-face!”
Your yell attracts the wolf creature’s attention. You follow up with an axe blow to its shoulder, as Scruff hunkers down in the corner.
Then you run, praying that the creature will follow you, and you can somehow overcome it.
The first part goes to plan. As you race through the tunnels, twisting and turning, it thuds and splashes through the filth, snarling all the while.
“You’re so dead!” you cry, hoping to blind it with anger.
You pull into an archway off to the side, and the beast obligingly rushes past, then halts, panting.
