The "Know Thyself" publication is inviting its 92 contributors to engage in a 5-day journaling challenge to reflect on personal thoughts and emotions, with each day prompted by a specific question, in celebration of the community's upcoming milestone of 100 contributors.

Abstract

As the "Know Thyself" publication nears the milestone of 100 contributors, symbolizing self-determination and infinite potential, it has introduced a unique weekly prompt for a 5-day journaling exercise. The prompts are designed to provoke deep self-reflection, with each day of the week presenting a new question for contemplation. While the challenge is to write every day, contributors are also given the flexibility to choose which days and prompts resonate with them. The exercise is not only a celebration of the publication's growth but also an opportunity for personal growth and creativity.

Beautiful people of Know Thyself,

There are 92 of us sharing our voice on this publication and we are rapidly approaching 100, a number which represents energy that’s self-determined, independent and has infinite potential. A highly self sufficient number attuned to and effective at exploring new ideas and new approaches to existing ideas.

I wanted this week’s prompt to be a little different and celebrate this amazing milestone with 5 days of journaling our thoughts, emotions, experiences.

Now, I know this sounds challenging and not all of you may want/be able to write for 5 days in a row (please note, this week you can only submit your prompted articles until Friday instead of Sunday). If that’s the case, then please choose one day (or as many as you want) based on the prompt/s that resonate/s best with you.

Feel free to write in the form of a journal entry/poem and be as creative as you wish.

Here are the prompts (questions) for each day:

Monday: What do I need to get off my chest today?

Tuesday: What makes life feel complicated right now?

Wednesday: What doubts do I currently have?

Thursday: What’s overwhelming me right now?

Friday: What thoughts have I been repeating in my head lately?

That’s it folks! I hope these prompts trigger some deep reflection within you. I will commit to writing something in response to each one of them everyday. Won’t be easy but I am sure it will be highly rewarding!
