First of all, you think about your past actions or future events. Usually, we don’t stay in the current moment; that is pretty bad. People are worried about things they must do or what they said yesterday.
But only some people are 100% at the current moment. If you can stop your thinking process and look around, you can. But try it at first and then find that your brain doesn’t like it.
In the end, we get a mixture of many different ideas. Try to “eat this”. You continue your journey if you allow them to come into your life.
These thoughts are usually not neutral because otherwise, you won’t think so much about them, as they don’t interest you.
They can bring you positive or negative emotions. Here, we come to the second step! If you feel positive, you get great ideas and think about what you can do to improve everything around you, have fun, enjoy the moment, etc.
It would help to consider how to help your colleague, friend, or mother. These emotions lead to actions that will help you share these vibes with other people.
On the other hand, when we have bad feelings and emotions, the picture is fully inverted. We think about what we want and don’t want to do. We are full of apathy. Any happiness around us makes us feel even more sad.
That’s why we start taking actions that don’t share positive vibes but are more concentrated on our inner negative and against the positive around us.
In the best case, we do it neutrally, but sometimes people can show a lousy attitude because someone feels good and is not.
