We make progress every day if it needs to be visible at some point. The continuous growing process is inside our nature.
But if we stop tracking our progress, it can become a trap for those who want to improve. For example, you learn a new language for several months but have yet to see any progress. Or you go to the gym for half a year, but your body still lacks muscles.
Tracking your progress is a crucial component. But always making notes about everything in your life is pretty tough.
That’s why I have found ways to make tracking fun and take more self-awareness into our lives.
Have a Rest
Before rushing into hell, you need to prepare your body. Take your time, relax, and think about what you want to get.
Always running like crazy is probably an option, but soon, you could burn down and lose all the motivation you had at the start point.
Take several days of not doing anything and look around for new ideas. Read exciting books and watch movies. Sometimes, we need external resources to get new ideas and the correct answers.

Learning new things is a very crucial component. You will always need more knowledge for this life. Always learn new things.
Also, I fell into the idea that some person could spend twenty years learning something and then write it into a book you can read in one month.
That’s why you should find more books that can teach you with the voices of intelligent people.
Write a Journal
I started writing a journal several months ago. And it’s a cool thing. Before, I tried to remember what happened several days ago, even not saying about previous weeks and months.
By the end of the day, this technique allows you to talk about your ideas and the pains you got through the day. It’s like a complimentary therapy that will enable you to get the right words and correct answers.
Try Meditation
It’s tricky to start. The most challenging part about it is that it’s so dull. If our brain thinks this is boring, we would never be able to sit quietly with closed eyes for five minutes.
It’s funny about our brains. But if we learn how to make rest for our eyes, bodies, and minds at least for several minutes, then we will get control over our bodies, but not them over us.
Learn a New Language
Usually, it’s a good thing to learn new. If you never tried it before, it’s an excellent funny thing you can bring into your life. Download some apps on your phone where you can learn new words.
By the way, it will give you a benefit if you meet a native speaker. It will be challenging to understand them, but at least you can say good words like thank you, hello, etc.
Exercise More
Regular exercises can keep your body in good shape. We are lazy people and put down our hands when we don’t see any progress. That’s why we have to learn our bodies better.
If you feel good after your exercises, you move in the right direction. Make photos of your body, and write a progress on the paper. Do it regularly, and the progress will come.
Eat Healthy Food
Eating healthy is always a benefit. If you feel bad, then probably you have eaten something wrong. There is so much junky food around us.
That’s why our bodies receive many vitamins, minerals, and energy when we eat fruits and vegetables. And the point is the most essential part of our lives.
Create Something
Creativity is a broad subject. You can do whatever you want. Create pictures, music, toys, funny posts, etc.
Try something that makes you feel good, and find what others like. Consuming is a lousy choice regularly. Consume as much as you need. But all the time, you have to create.
