Recently I have had a lot of content about self-improvement and our societal role. Many pieces of advice I take from Jordan Peterson.
If you know this man, then you know his level of competence. Look at the next one if you still need to watch his videos.
There are different approaches you can apply in your life. You can start doing routines, read books, go to the gym, and everything else.
As we know, all these steps won’t change our life immediately, but we will receive significant results in the long term.
However, there are some things we can do to improve and change our life today. Just after doing this, you will get positive changes.

Start From Where You Can Start
First of all, you need to understand your context. Otherwise, you will compare yourself with outstanding people, actors, athletes, etc. It’s not the right approach.
If you have a weight of 60 kg and want to gain 10 kg and you will compare your results with the bodybuilder whose weight is 110 kg, then you will fail, feel depressed and give up pretty quickly.
That’s why you need to start small. Look at yourself. Go to the mirror, and investigate your face and body. Ask yourself what you want to be changed.
Then you can take a piece of paper and a pen and take one hour to think; that sounds like a waste of time. But believe me, if you can spend hours per week talking to others on WhatsApp, why can’t you take only one hour to converse with yourself?
This dialog can change everything. A simple pen and paper can assist you in resolving any problem you may face in your life. Write, draw, create diagrams, plans, strategies, whatever can help you to find a solution.

You are determined not by your results but by your everyday actions. It’s essential to implement a sound habit system in your life. From my viewpoint, to make this real, it’s better to start doing your morning routines.
After your wake up, find some things you’d like to have more in your life. I mean, start reading a book you always wanted to.
For example, you can read 7 Habits of highly influential Persons or any other text. Start learning a language; primarily, this is becoming so easy with the mobile application Duolingo.
Otherwise, if you start your day from the Instagram of TikTok, you will see what happens. Do you make any progress in your life after watching tons of funny videos?
Find pleasure and a way to improve yourself, and find what areas could be better and work with them.
You don’t need to spend hours every day. For example, I spend 10 minutes per day learning Spanish. I don’t know much and can’t speak fluently yet. But I am making good progress and have already learned many words to say in several simple sentences.
Your actual results will come in the future. Now you can only control the process and consistency.
