The effects of the mushrooms are wearing off. You march along a winding path, seeing that the building is further off than you realized. It’s a huge tower among mighty oak trees, gleaming glass at the top.

You walk on, thinking that it’s surely the only civilisation for miles around. But then you notice a cottage by the edge of the trees, smoke rising from its chimney.

You pause, wishing you were back at the tavern. Then you feel something grab your sleeve. Alarmed, you look down and see a gnome. “Let’s raid the treasure from that tower!” he says.

And you:

1. Enthusiastically agree to the tower raiding mission (click here).
2. Refuse, and hurry off towards the cottage (click here).
