The Gentle Breeze Softly Swayed And Whistled
Nature prompt last week of November

Peace and joy amidst the trees as I wandered alone not feeling the loneliness.
The trees kept me company with one or two droplets of water. After walking a little I sat in the Gazebo overlooking the “wild Flower House”. It was a luxury resort where on a trip with my friends we stopped by near Shimla on the way from the mountains of Himachal.
We had booked a few hours at this place to enjoy the scenery from here. The cool breeze made me ecstatic and I thanked the Almighty for giving us the gift of nature and the beauty of the trees through which the breeze sways and whistles.
The soft breeze swayed. It was cool, calm, and quiet and I felt the peace and joy of the lovely place. What a blessing to be here I thought.
I remembered a quote:
“You cannot kill a breeze, a wind, a fragrance; you cannot kill a dream or an ambition.” -Michel Onfray
The following thoughts crossed my mind and I became pensive:
🔷Life keeps on changing like the breeze that went from soft to sharp and back.
🔷The breeze kept moving in different directions and of course, no one could control it. I could just watch it moving in a circular or criss-cross direction. Our journey of life also moves like this with changes.
🔷I kept thinking that a breeze or wind energy is a gift of the Almighty and it awakens your soul. The tender breeze felt like a symbol of serenity and peace.
🔷It brought many memories of past holidays and movements in life as I began thinking quietly.

“Take a lesson from the trees, watch the way they bend with each breeze, little victories.” — Bob Seger
It is not always a soft breeze. It can be the angry wind breaking down houses or fighting with the sun to stop its sunlight. It also fights with the rain. The wind is aggressive.
Our prompt is to show the gentleness of the breeze and not the aggressiveness of the wind.
Whatever you feel or think or if you have an experience and some thoughts pass your mind as mine did, it is welcome. Do share! I am looking forward to reading your perspective about a gentle rustling breeze.
Our prompt for this week is
The gentle soft breeze Sways And Whistles

Cloud was the messenger in olden times to send a message of love. This was portrayed by Neera through Meghdoot and Kalidasa’s examples. They are certainly beautiful examples.

Monoreena’s story of the clouds is packed with the beauty of literature, poetry, life, happiness, sadness & technology with philosophical thoughts & metaphors & explanations. I enjoyed reading it a lot.
The warm appealing light of the sun passing through the branches of trees in the woods still reappears in my memory when the same light reaches my computer on some rich, golden, and sunny days. The excitement of finding a hidden mushroom knowing it was edible.
Amazing photography and poetic thoughts. Take a look at the astonishing colors of the clouds. The clouds remind her that there is more to life than what we can see and touch. They hold many secrets but they make a beautiful sight.
