Storybooks On ILLUMINATION
Collecting articles in book chapter format: a new way of presenting related stories to readers
Introduction
I want to introduce a new story collection and distribution model for our writers. This requirement emerged after obtaining views from our readers.
The purpose of this initiative is to give a better presentation of your stories to our readers. Based on my customer surveys, our readers want to have more reading options per topics. They requested I distribute stories in related topics as clean as possible. They expect email and mobile friendly lists.
To address this requirement I designed a simple solution. This innovative initiative is called Storybooks on ILLUMINATION. The concept is metaphorical book chapters.
ILLUMINATION is a generic publication hosting 100+ topics. We have now 13,800+ writers contributing to our publication in hundreds of topics.
ILLUMINATION Integrated Publications consist of six prominent publications covering different scope:

These publications have different audiences.
New writers please check the onboarding pack for the purpose of each publication.
I want to create a storybook per topic and distribute them to our subscribed readers.
The storybook will include your collections on the chosen topic.
You can add as many related stories as possible in your collections.
You can submit your collection in a story format to any of our publications listed below.
To create extended visibility for your stories, I will mix and match your stories in various distribution newsletters. Some of our editors may also use your stories in their editorial features.
Syntax for your storybook
The syntax for your collection can include the following points.
Title:
Name of the topic, e.g. Health, Technology, Leadership.
So the title can be Health Book, Technology Book, Leader Book
Subtitle:
Related stories by [Your Medium account name]
Introduction:
An opening paragraph introducing yourself and your contributions to this topic.
About Author:
Add your writer bio
Chapters:
The body of the story can include titles of the story with the hyperlinks.
We don’t use embedded links, so instead just put in hyperlinks to keep the book chapters clean and easy for distribution.
I created a sample storybook to give you an idea.
Here is an example that I created for you.
I recommend a relevant photo in your storybook. Like all other stories, your storybook photos must be copyright free, preferably stock photos with adequate captioning. If you add your own image, you can caption as “photo is courtesy of author”. We don’t accept photos that are screen captures from copyrighted materials.
You can submit your storybooks any of our publications based on relevance. For example, writing and freelancing related story may be suited to SYNERGY. Technology stories will perform better on Technology Hits.
Make sure to tag me so that I can be notified when you submit.
This is a special project for me. I truly want to create more visibility and readability for your stories. Unless we make a concerted effort for creating visibility, it is very difficult for our readers to find your stories.
I offer you a platform and practical techniques. It is up to you to take advantage of the opportunities I create for you. I only invite you to participate. Every opportunity is optional.
