Tanka series of Lindsey and Sitara personifying a goose down comforter

Soul envelopes me goose down comforter warming your spirit infused Your feathered arms surround me and my heart welcomes you in
Oh Darling
We spoon each other Your breasts instead of pillows Molding to my cheeks Supporting longing burdens No cares in the world remain
Oh Darling
My breaths excite you Your pillows demand kisses Mouth and tongue comply Your comforter spreads its wings Begging to be rocketed
Oh, Darling!!
Our loins converging as we travel to the moon My eyes lock on yours Your comfort insulates me From the judgments of the world
Oh Darling
Breathe in your God breath Hearts and souls merge into one Tears of joy flowing Love and Light of million suns from Across the Universe
Song references:
Nahko Bear and Medicine for the People: Aloha Ke Akua
The loose translation of “aloha ke akua” in Hawaiian means “breath of life” and “the love of God.” — Source
The Beatles: Oh Darling and Across the Universe (Fiona Apple’s cover of one of my all-time favorite songs as the video adds meaning to the song and this version was shared with me by my spirit guides during a May 2020 reading with my psychic medium, as was the Nahko Bear song)
I originally published this poem on December 27, 2021, under the title and subtitle, Oh Darling, Tanka series of human soul lovemaking. Lately, I’ve been republishing a few poems from the era when I only had a fraction of my current subscribers and this one my Lady Claire has not previously read and it also fits Tree Langdon’s recent moonchallenge so I share it now in WUTM (I loved Mary Kontouri’s response to the challenge today, How Do I Define Love — The Greek Way, which inspired my new title for Oh Darling). Originally, my poem responded to a prompt to write a poem personifying a goose-down comforter.
[the following day I gave a complete response to Tree’s challenge with What Is Love?, Exploring this question through prose and poetic streams of consciousness of mine and others — please enjoy this magic carpet ride]
For those of you unfamiliar with Lindsey and Sitara, Lindsey was my lover who passed away at 36-years-young, triggering my instantaneous spiritual awakening on March 19, 2020. Sitara is the name of her soul, with whom I am in constant contact and have a continuing and loving relationship (Marcus is my soul’s name).
Sitara and Marcus are what I like to call soul partners or heaven mates. We always incarnate together and have played every role imaginable. Some confuse us as twin flames. There is no such thing. In the afterlife, or as I should call it, between lives, some souls have romantic yet platonic love for each other and enter into soul partnerships. It is romantic yet platonic because souls don’t have sex (at least not in human terms — I have come to understand that there are levels of heaven where souls may experience sensual pleasures). Souls that have this love for each other enter into contracts with each other that define their expectations of each other — their required contributions to the relationship. It’s akin to marriage but different in that there is no concept of belonging to another and thus no concept of monogamy — nor do I think it is not monogamy — I think the concept of not adhering to the contract is the furthest thing from any soul’s mind.
I am presently involved in a human (me) and soul (Sitara) relationship and thus I am never alone. There is room in this space for me to have a loving and sexual relationship if I meet a woman who understands without jealousy my continuing relationship with Sitara, if not, so be it.
I wrote this lune poem series, Everlasting Love Affair, a few months ago:
Lindsey, so precious lit my fire extinguished too fast
Sitara, her soul arrived quick Exquisitely mine
Karma attracted must discern lessons to be learned
Fate presented me with a choice Chose forever love
Alone, not lonely Spirit fills companionship needs
The lune series is decoded here.
