Poetry Challenge Under The Moon #2
#2 — How do you define love?

Hello friends!
It’s time for a new poetry challenge. It’s easy to join in.
I’ll supply the prompt, you supply the words. You can write a poem in any format you wish, including haiku.
It’s a delicious creative poetry potluck. Let yourself go in whatever direction you are drawn to.
This time our prompt is a little different. Instead of a single word, consider this:
“How do you define love?”
Type your submission as a response here so I can keep track. You can also create a post if you want to publish your poem, but you don’t have to. Be sure to tag me if you do.
Use Moonchallenges as one of your topics as well.
I look forward to your response!
Let’s have fun with this one. Mine is right below.
Our love is a glowing ember sweet like honey, It warms but does not burn.
The steady simmer, of a purring cat, a slow rumble of heat.
There’s a gentle tending of understanding, a filling of two hearts.
This is my invitation to play along. A.H. Mehr, Ludiane de Brocéliande, Chinmay Kumar Choudhury, Zivah Avraham, Dave Logan, MattD94, Claire Kelly, Ian Hanson, River's Writings, Rich LaFleur, Seana Ridge, Denée King, Midnight Young, Monica Bonilla, Theodore McDowell, Douglas Lim, Logophobic, Nancy Santos
If I haven’t tagged you here and you want to play, PLEASE join in!!!
Here’s the first challenge if you want to consider it instead.
