It’s time for an inclusive world
Poem for Blue Insights’ Cultural Prompt: Future Sparks, Inclusion’

I pray that the day will presently arrive when we will all take a look in our own mirror, Where at the crossroads of our shaky existence, we will meet the end of the misuse of power.
I hope that at once a future will commence, in which we’ll oppose each other no longer. Where we find means to create an inclusive world, while welcoming each belief and skin color.
I plead for the day where we’ll address all our issues, questioning ourselves how we behaved towards the rest. Did our deeds come from compassionate integrity? Have we acted as we would like to be treated by the other?
I wish for the day when righteousness will flourish, where there is an equitably sharing of our richness. Where mankind recalls its pristine potential and boldness to embrace each and all with humane kind-heartedness.
Every single thing we do is like an engraved monument, not in stone but in our children’s living memories. They’ll outlast these troubled times, our present reality … Time for us to turn futurity into the glory of humanity.
I’m positive that someday a morrow will arise, where we will set a virtuous and worthy precedent, for our children who are likely to live up to what they see. so let’s show them how to coexist unitedly abreast.
Because our imminent future lies in our progeny, in our children who believe miracles will come true. Our descendants will become our living legacies, that we send into times that none of us will see.
So let’s convert our vows into beautiful messages, and start with embracing each other’s differences. For it is today when a wondrous morrow is conceived, It’s time to ignite the light for this great future to be.
Stay safe and be well! 💕
