Inspiration for Writers
“There is only one thing that makes a dream impossible to achieve: the fear of failure.” ― Paulo Coelho
“Only those who dare to fail greatly can ever achieve greatly.” ― Robert F. Kennedy
“Only those who attempt the absurd can achieve the impossible.” ― Albert Einstein

Progress Update
In this post, I want to provide recent updates.
As most of you were aware, our publication was down for around 24 hours yesterday. It is operational, and our writers have started submitting their articles. There was a huge disappointment from our writers and readers during the downtime. It escalated heavily. I had to deal with over 500 email messages and social media posts yesterday.
Since it was a unique case and there was no communication exchange, many writers thought that I blocked them and removed them from the publications. Fortunately, many of our editors and writers proactively united and created a communication mechanism stating that the situation was beyond our control. The cooperation and collaboration of our writers were beyond reproach.
After my account was recovered, I came across several articles written about the situation. I read all of them and conducted a quick sentiment analysis to understand the thoughts and feelings of our stakeholders. There appeared to be substantial ownership for the publication. I shared my analysis in the attached document.
Thank you for your support of our publication with your efforts and time. We also appreciate the patience of our writers and readers during the downtime. The situation provided us with useful lessons. We reviewed our process and procedures for the operation of our publication. I see this situation as a metaphor for immunization. I shared my views in the attached article.
ILLUMINATION IMMUNIZED
Writers can submit their articles. We are brighter, smarter, wiser

During this review process, we better understood Medium policies. One of our editors started documenting the editorial process in an article format. We released the first version. You can review the first version of this article by Timothy Key as attached.
The key point we ensure that our articles do not include excessive tagging to prevent unnecessary alerts flooding to the user accounts. We also ensure that our article will not request claps or any other article boosting requests. We are pleased that Medium provided guiding policy documents. We will share them in our publication repository for your review.
My understanding is that one of the important points is when we have a problem with a user or an article for any reasons, we use the reporting mechanism rather than confronting the author. The confrontational behavior is not acceptable by Medium. Most of the policies are common sense. However, when you are in doubt, please contact our editors who are conversant with the policies or me. You can find a list of our editors and writers in our publication FAQ document.
We had several new writers joined us today. I added them in our FAQ document. Please help new writers remain complaint with Medium policies and our publication guidelines. Our publication aims to produce high-quality materials and provide high-quality reader experience. We keep reviewing our processes and iteratively improve our quality measures.
Social Media and Collaboration
I provided guidance on how to use our official Twitter handle and Facebook page in an article. New writers, please feel free to tweet your articles and share your posts on our publication Facebook page. Please find the details on Twitter and Facebook in the attached article.
Our writers also collaborate and help each other with creating ideas and reviewing articles to increase quality. You are welcome to join our Slack channel if you are interested in collaborating with our writers and editors.
Daily Articles from Publication
To give a pleasant reading experience, we curate our articles based on common topics. You can find the curation list in the attached article. This article also includes previously curated articles for your reference. If you don’t want your articles to be added to the curation list, please let me know so that I don’t include your articles in this list. Our collaboration activities for our publication are optional. You can opt-out anytime.
