Daily Success Stories from ILLUMINATION

“We don’t want to push our ideas on to customers, we simply want to make what they want.” Laura Ashley
“Happy customers are your biggest advocates and can become your most successful sales team.” Lisa Masiello
My focus was on our customers today. I enjoy conversing with our customers and receiving feedback from them; not only positive but also negative ones. The more feedback, the better it can be to improve quality of our services and products. Our products are our stories. Our services are providing pleasant reading experience by making our content easily and effectively accessible.
I am also impressed by cross-pollination outcomes reflected in many stories that I reviewed today. Our writers are collaborating effectively. They are reviewing and providing feedback to each other. Helping each other, extending our messages for new insights, and constantly learning from each other are the distinguishing success factors of our publication.
How did we go today?
I have no idea because there was no data in the publication dashboard. I cannot provide any stats today as the dashboard function was not working.
I did a cursory review of the individual articles around 100 items, and most of them were receiving good views and read times. I believe we did well because I received a number of inspiring messages from our followers.
From these messages, there is one key point that I want to share with you for your consideration. It is about the topics for interest of our readers. I reviewed all the feedback messages from the readers, including my follow-ups in the last few days. Most of the readers commented on the variety of our topics and diversity of our writers on ILLUMINATION.
During the correspondence, I identified 20 key topics that appear to be interest to our followers. Here is the top twenty topics mentioned by over 300 readers.
Technology, Sports, Music, Film, Gaming, Food, Marketing, Humor, Work, Fitness, Nutrition, Education, Sexuality, Health, Politics, Environment, Spirituality, Productivity, Neuroscience, Economy
There were also a few mentions on business, leadership, mental health, addictions, diversity, culture, philosophy, psychology, writing, poetry, and fiction. Interestingly, this time there was no mention of the pandemic. Assuming readers are inundated with content about this topic on traditional and social media.
As a caveat, compared to the overall number of our followers, this sample represents only 8% of our readers. It still gives us an idea on popular topics for our readers.
