Highlights: A Deep Dive Into What Do You Prefer?

Wikimedia

Several months ago, I started to post every now and then a prompt called “ Deep Dive” to create bridges with other fellow writers, open discussions, exchange experiences, and a safe place to safely share writings, minutes, and parts of the heart.

For every theme I choose to write about and ask my fellow writers to write about, I choose some interesting thoughts, quotes, and comments from those who participate, and I add all the links to the articles.

My last prompt was a deep dive called “ Deep Dive Prompt about your Preferences.

I am so happy that many of my fellow writers dedicate time, effort, and love to join the prompt, share with us part of their hearts, and show us the life in the creativity bubble we sit in to construct a world of letters and words.

In this article, I am posting all the articles with some quotes and highlights. This is also an invitation to read what you might find interesting. Sometimes inspiration hides in the shadow of a phrase or a sentence, and reading is a tool to find the gold scattered between full stops and commas.

All the articles were deep, beautiful, and thought-provoking. There were many beautiful phrases, which made my task of cherrypicking a tricky one

Let us start with the writers who joined the prompt:

Magical Times!

“ My favourite times are dusk and dawn, sunsets and sunrises, day changing into night and night changing into day. Both are magical” Adrienne Beaumont 😇

Mars……

“ I’d go with Mars, Venus being a little too warm. Or so I’ve heard.” Patricia Timmermans

No…Venus…..

“I am a woman! I most certainly choose Venus. Why would I want Mars, the god of war?” Pamela Oglesby

Water is therapy

“ I love anything to do with nature but when I’m worried or stressed, I always head to the water.Colleen Millsteed

Writing on a yoga rug

“I see writing as a yoga center of creativity, while reading is the air we need to continue living.” Subhi Najar

I am so grateful to all those who joined or read the prompt.

If you are interested in joining such “deep dives,” please add a comment, and I am more than happy to add you.
