Here Are The Latest Rumors for the iPhone 16 Pro

The iPhone 16 Pro could be getting a bunch of upgrades.

In my past stories, I’ve chatted about all sorts of Apple stuff. You can find those linked at the end of this post. But today, I’m diving into the juiciest gossip about Apple’s upcoming top-notch phone!

There’s a whole bunch of juicy iPhone 16 gossip swirling around, and it’s making some big promises for Apple’s fanciest phones, the Pro models. Word on the street is, that these bad boys are in for some serious upgrades in their cameras, displays, and even their batteries. Let’s break it down!

First up, the cameras. The iPhone 16 Pro and Pro Max might score that fancy tetraprism telephoto zoom lens. You know, the one that’s currently chilling in the iPhone 15 Pro Max? This lens packs a 5x optical zoom punch, and from personal experience, I can vouch for its awesomeness.

Apparently, this cool gadget didn’t make the cut for the iPhone 15 Pro because it was too chunky. But Kuo spilled the beans that Apple might’ve cracked that nut. And wait, there’s more in the redesign department for the 2024 Pro and Pro Max.

Besides the camera overhaul, whispers suggest that these iPhones might sport a fresh graphene-based heat management system. Okay, I get it, it doesn’t sound thrilling, but hang on! Good thermal management is the secret sauce in smartphone design. It’s what lets your phone unleash its power without turning into a hot potato or throwing a tantrum until it cools down.

Plus, rumor has it, the battery is also getting a 2.5% size bump — not exactly party material, but definitely handy. And guess what? It might borrow a move from the Apple Watch Series 7 playbook, switching from black foil to metal battery casings for better heat dissipation.

But hold your horses, there’s more in store! Some folks are saying the Pro might be bulking up in size, going from around 6.1 inches to 6.3 inches. Maybe it’s to make space for that zoom lens, or hey, it could just be a wild coincidence. The supposed screen sizes on the radar are 6.27 inches for the Pro and a whopping 6.86 inches for the Pro Max.

Final Words

Now, take this all with a grain of salt because these are just rumors flying around the tech universe. But hey, they sound pretty legit, especially that zoom lens bit.
