SPRING REPORT WEEK 12

Garlic snow

Wild garlic plants are now full of white flowers.

This is the plant that first covered the surface of the forests in green, and with which I showed you how to prepare a special kind of pesto:

Now this plant is blooming, this time very abundantly as you saw in the lead photo and in the next series of photos including a highly immersive 360 degree photo.

Snow flowers that smell nice

Wild garlic flowers smell just like… garlic…

But in other places, wild daffodils have also bloomed now, flooding the fields with an exquisite scent. The bad side is that they grow in much more specific places that you have to go look for in the heights. Know more about wild the daffodils of Switzerland here:
