Ejaculation Control: The Most Important Troubleshooting Skills Nobody Taught You
Don’t wait until they turn blue before you do something

You may accidentally spill the beans in your non-ejaculation practice but there are powerful means available to stop you from overheating and various other problems.
#1. What are the problems
A list of common negative side effects when the practices are not done correctly:
Blue balls — The pressure in your genitals from a build of sexual energy.
Over excitement sensation in Your head — You can have an “amped up” feeling in your head, and you are unable to relax. There is an overheating in the head when the sexual energy is not moved away from the head.
Pressure in Your head —After several months of practicing non-ejaculation, your body will be more energized. For some men can feel like a problem but it’s not.
Feeling Irritable and Angry — Unresolved emotions from the past may arise as a result of your practice.
Physical symptoms — Your body may experience the following
- Insomnia
- Ringing in the ears
- Heart palpitations
- Headaches
If you have any of these issues, stop immediately. These may be due to existing conditions see an alternative health practitioner for assistance.
#2. How to deal with the problems
Circulate the sexual energy — when experiencing pressure in the groin area or head. Use the breath to circulate the sexual area. The sexual energy needs to be moved from the area where the pressure is being felt. The most effective technique is the micro orbit. Ensure that the tongue is touching the roof of the plate immediately behind the teeth.
If you have high blood pressure, keep the tongue in a natural position, and when circulating the sexual energy take it all the way down to your feet.
Another technique when the pressure is in the head is to imagine the sexual energy is swirling around the head, 9, 18, or 36 times one way then reverse the direction. Then visualize the energy coming down the front of the body to the belly.
Unable to raise the sexual energy — As part of the micro orbit, if you cannot draw the sexual energy up your spine, do the following:
You can do the following exercise standing or sitting.
- Squeeze your anus up toward the tailbone and rock your pelvis back and forth.
- Drawing your chin in and up and then back out in a soft gentle circle. The jaw and neck muscles are to be kept relaxed.
- Look up with your eyes toward the top of your will encourage the sexual energy to move up.
Opening Blocks in Your Front Channel — Opposite to above, when you are unable to draw the energy down from the head.
- Place your left hand on your belly and your right hand at the base of your throat.
- Inhale and imagine that you are drawing energy up the front of your body to your right hand and from there up your throat to the tip of your tongue.
- When you exhale, imagine you are reversing the flow, so it descends back down past your heart to your belly.
If this is not effective, this is an old Taoist technique that may work:
- Swirl your tongue around; this will create saliva.
- Once the saliva in your mouth has pooled, imagine the sexual energy gathering into the saliva.
- Swallow the pool of saliva in one gulp and follow it with your mind as it traverses into your stomach. Repeat this several times, until the pressure has been released.
- As a means to close the practice, with both of your hands, stroke the front of your body from the throat down to your belly.
Prevent overheating — heat will be created and experienced during your non-ejaculation practice. Ensure to drink cold when you are overheated. Shitali pranayama is also very effective in cooling the body.
Another option is called, Venting.
- Lie on your back. Bend your knees and place the soles of your feet on the ground.
- With fingertips touching, place your hands across your mouth, with the palms facing down toward the feet.
- Close your eyes and inhale.
- With a smile, gently exhale, making the sound “heeeeee.” As you are slowly pressing your hands down towards your feet, extending your arms.
- Repeat the sound and movement 3, 6, or 9 times. Imagine you moving the sexual energy down from the upper part of the body to the lower.
Quick fixes if the pressure is overwhelming, but your discomfort is only minimal are:
- Go for a run.
- Cold shower.
- Do 30 push-ups.
Low Energy — If you are ejaculating when practicing non-ejaculation practices and are left low in energy, increase the period of when you do ejaculate. I have found this to be very effective. For example, I will only ejaculate once every 2 weeks or once a month.
Talk to your partner — Ensure you talk to your partner that you are practicing non-ejaculation. If you are sometimes ejaculating and sometimes not and she will become confused.
She will feel like she needs to make you ejaculate to please you. Unless you talk to her she will not know or appreciate the benefits of a non-ejaculation practice.
Mindset — Don’t become obsessed with your non-ejaculation practice. If you are continually thinking about it and you do end up ejaculating, don’t be hard on yourself. This can come about through self-judgment. Especially at the start, you are learning how to regulate your sexual energy and feel where your point of no return is energetical.
Accidents will happen, but over time they will reduce in number. If you are feeling guilty about ejaculating, then you need that the practice less seriously.
Dealing with feeling Proud Ego — At the opposite end of the spectrum don’t allow yourself to walk about like you are a Sexual Kung Fu Master. One of the aims of conserving your energy is to divert it into other pursuits.
Having a solid non-ejaculation practice isn’t about showing off to other men and women.
This is sacred knowledge that is being passed down and there is no room for false bravado and machoism. Keep an open heart and give to your partner.
Don’t lose touch with your partner. At the start of your practice, it takes a lot of time and energy. As such you become very focused on yourself. As such you may lose touch with your partner. The spontaneity of lovemaking may disappear. Do regulate check-in with your practice and ask what your partner wants to be sexually satisfied.
Premature ejaculation. These are techniques to assist with premature ejaculation.
Squeezing your penis — When you are close to ejaculating, you can squeeze your penis in the following areas to decrease arousal and stop ejaculation from taking place:
- Squeeze the head of the penis.
- Squeeze the front of your erect penis halfway down the shaft.
- Squeeze the front of your erect penis at the point where the scrotum meets the shaft.
Contracting the PC muscles — If you feel like you are going to ejaculate too quickly, you can contract your PC muscles.
The pubococcygeus (PC) muscles are located around your perineum, just behind the testicles, and in from of the anus. You can feel these muscles when you stop urinating.
Position of your body — When starting on your non-ejaculation practice, don’t lie on your back. This is because sexual energy may get caught in your chest.
It’s best to practice standing up or lying on your side. If on your side, do it lying on your right side. Lying on the left side puts pressure on the heart. Once you have been practicing consistently for several months, then you can experiment with different positions.
Final thoughts
Prevention is better than cure. As such, learn how to manage your arousal level so as not to create the above problems.
When you start your practice, it will be very mechanical and you will face problems (which can now be successfully overcome.) As time passes, you will work on an energetic level.
These troubleshooting techniques will take your practice to a whole new level. You will now be the embodiment of masculinity.
