Female Entrepreneur

As an eCommerce professional, I speak to Entrepreneurs every day. One trend of late is that 80 percent of online startups that I engage with, in Ireland, are female-led ventures.

Final Thoughts

Entrepreneurs see challenges as opportunities. They undertake calculated risks to achieve a goal, a vision, a dream.

They have a huge appetite for progress.

They’re rarely satisfied — comfort is their discomfort.

Never complacent, the concept is alien to them.

“Conversely, people who lack this competency will tend to work within their comfort zone. They will rely on others to set deadlines and standards.” (Coventry University, 2010)
