December 2022 — Stats And Earnings Report
Hello everyone, and Happy New Year! It’s been a little over a week since the end of December. I apologize for taking so long to share my stats and earnings with you—I took a much-needed break from my day job and side hustles during the holidays.
Despite my absence, I was still able to publish three articles (all of which were written prior to taking a break from working), and my December stats and earnings report still came out looking pretty good.
Here are the numbers:
Views and Reads

- Reads — 70,104
- Fans — 943
The numbers above are different from the screenshot in the article banner because, again, I am over a week late in writing this report.
Earnings
Overall, I earned $1,590.10.
This is a pleasant surprise because I was expecting it to be lower than the previous month.
Audience Growth
Last month was also great in terms of audience growth. Despite the fact that I’ve been somewhat absent from the writing scene, the numbers have been growing steadily and decently.
It was the perfect Christmas gift for me as a small writer on Medium.

Final Thoughts
Overall, December was a great month for me. I was able to enjoy some much-needed rest and relaxation and still see some solid results in terms of views and earnings.
Now I am back in Japan and ready to look forward to seeing what 2023 has in store for me, and I will make sure it will be even better than 2022.
