Here’s the fourth post in the “Content Writing Made Easy” mini-series!
I have been publishing quick tips the last few days to help busy small biz boss mums create content fast and easy.

As a busy boss mum, and small biz owner, myself I know how hard it is to find time to do ALL THE THINGS! So these quick tips are designed to help you create compelling content that engages and excites your ideal customers, whilst also saving time and effort.
These were originally social media posts but I have recycled them here on Medium.
Top hint: if you don’t repurpose your content what the heck are you doing? It is one of the BEST time and energy saving tools like, EVER!
So here’s the fourth tip!
Make your content actionable.
Every single piece of content you create should provide VALUE for your audience.
You want them to walk away with new knowledge or insights, a clear takeaway message and actionable advice or steps they can take to help solve their problems or fill their want.
Easy, right?!
How can you make your content actionable?
- Provide examples! If you create a post based on tips, hints or hacks, give your reader an example that SHOWS them how to do it.
- Include Call-To-Actions (CTAs) to your posts, such as “sign up here to grab the free e-book”.
- SHOW your audience how to use your product through videos, infographics and images.
- Provide checklists or dot points of immediate actions your readers can take.
The best tip here, is to be CLEAR about what VALUE you are providing and what message you want your reader to come away with. This will help you create an actionable post.
