A list of 30 daily reminders to practice gentleness

Somehow, the start of December in 2020 feels like the rising of new hope for me. Do you eagerly anticipate more positive beginnings with the start of a new year too?

Unfortunately, Mother Nature doesn’t move with the calendars that humans have set. There’s no guarantee that life will get better in 2021 simply after the epic year of 2020 ends.

We are the ones who need to reset our minds, release pent-up feelings, honor our gentle sensitivities, and become more resilient like water.

Are you ready to start treating yourself and others around you with more gentleness and kindness, so we can prepare ourselves better to live with more love and courage in 2021?

I would like to share a daily dose of gentleness in December by posting daily reminders of gentleness for the first 30 days. Each day, I will be sharing an article from one other Medium writer who radiates gentleness too. I will reserve the 31st day for quiet self-reflection.
