2021 is the Year of ‘Love’ … and ‘Truth’, and ‘Change’

[Updated Jan 8, 2021] The votes are in and “Love” was the clear winner — sort of.

I POSTED this question on January 1st, 2021, on a spiritual awakening Facebook group with 29,000 members:

“ask your intuition, guides, angels, akasha … 2021 will be the Year of ___ (what?)”

After a week, I received 184 comments, which I tallied below (not all were relevant).

“Love” was the winner. It was the single word that was the most cited as defining the coming year of 2021.

I combined some words that seemed to point to similar ideas, although it is not always clear from one word what the poster might be thinking. These were the leading combinations:

  • “Clarity/Knowledge/Truth/Understanding/Disclosure/Revelation” as a group received 16 votes, which is more than ‘love’. ‘Knowledge’ and ‘truth’ were the top words in this group, with each receiving 4 votes.
  • “Change/Transformation/Revolution” together had 15 votes. ‘Change’ received 8 votes, ‘transformation’ got 6 votes, and ‘revolution ’ got 1 vote
  • “Wealth/Abundance” received 12 votes, with ‘wealth’ itself receiving 7 votes

HERE is a tally of the major themes suggested by the FB group:

Votes: - 14 Love - 16 Clarity/Knowledge/Truth/Understanding/Disclosure/Revelation - 15 Change/Transformation/Revolution

- 12 Wealth/Abundance - 8 Awakening/Enlightenment - 8 Health/Healing - 8 Growth/Moving Forward/Expansion/Moving On - 8 Rebuilding/Restoration/Integration/Reconciliation/New Beginnings - 7 Faith/Hope - 6 Peace/Ease - 6 Freedom/Liberty/Sovereignty - 6 Happiness/Enjoyment/Fulfillment/Blessing - 5 Manifesting/Manifestation/Creation - 4 Magic/Miracles/Wonderment - 4 Connection/Partnerships

A few others that appeared only once each in the FB discussion, but which I kind of liked, include:

- Witches - Angels - Surrender - Sweet success - Tempered souls and softened hearts - Patience - Unity

“Love” in 2021

I WAS happy to see the overwhelmingly positive words that were suggested for 2021.

Interestingly, ‘love’ appeared very early in the suggestions, but then did not appear at all in the last several days, which makes me wonder if the US political news had any influence on that. There were only five responses that I considered not so positive.

‘Love’ is an appropriate theme for 2021, as many contemporary spiritual teachers and students saw the year 2020 as a major transition into a more heart and love-centered Age of Aquarius.

Many felt that the Winter Solstice on December 21, 2020, was the turning point in which this new age would finally start to become evident on our planet.

In addition, I believe that ‘love’ underlies all the other suggestions for 2021 in the lists above. It is the universal soul energy that needs to be established in us before true ‘knowledge’ and ‘understand’ to take place, and for a 4th/5th dimensional ‘change’ and ‘transformation’ to occur.

And finally, here are a couple of articles on how my Energy Group / Higher Self guides and I see the transition to a new world taking place, and in particular, what we can do as individuals to bring a New Earth into our reality. ‘Love’ is the core to this process:
