Visions of a “New Earth”: Let’s Bring 5D Consciousness to Our 3D Planet
[Updated April 5, 2023] My second lucid meditation encounter with Adelle this week.

5D Consciousness
I was listening to a guided meditation. It was December 23, 2020 — yep, during the peak period of the pandemic and at the end of the year. The meditation started out with instructions to notice our heart; then the empty space around us; then our inner vision; and then our higher chakras (above our head).
We were then to hold our awareness of these areas together as one. (That is difficult at first but gets easier over time and I am used to it now.) By the end of this meditation, I was calling the holding of these four spaces (heart, empty space, inner vision, & higher chakras) a “5D state of consciousness” and a “5D meditation practice”.
For this meditation, I knew when I was in that state when the lower back/hip pain I was experiencing this week (from shoveling snow) turned into a loving glow, which felt good. As soon as that changed back to pain, then I knew I had slipped out of my 5D consciousness. I would then return to thoughts of a loving embrace of the pain, my entire body, and my entire space, which would bring me back to 5D consciousness.
A Purple Adelle
After some time in the meditative state, the guidance called for a “non-physical teacher” to appear in our inner vision. All I could see was a vague sense of light, which had previously been mentioned in the guided meditation.
However, I started to “feel” that something might be in that light. I focused my attention more on the feeling than what I was seeing, and it was through that feeling that Adelle appeared for the second time. I had first encountered her two days before, which I describe in the article linked above.
I could not make her out as well visually today compared to two days ago. But I was able to notice she had a purple crystal body and robes that radiated a soft purple glow. She was also more subdued and not as bright as before (when she was all pink).
The End of 2020
Adelle said her purple color was because the Winter Solstice (Dec 21st) was over, and she was now vibrating a different energy. She said that spiritual energy on Earth had been increasing in 2020 and it peaked on December 21st. We are now on an energy plateau for the next 10 days, through to the end of December.
Her purple colors reflected that state of holding the high energy level steady, neither rising nor falling. She said that this was a time of retreat, silence, reflection, and integration of the past year. It is as if we had climbed a steep mountain, and we are now just relaxing and enjoying the view.
Once January arrives, we will descend the mountain. Compared to this past year, it will be a much easier downhill experience. Everything will feel smoother as we move into the creation of a New Earth that will, overall, be spiritually vibrating at a higher level than before.
Visions of a Possible Earth
The guided meditation next had our non-physical teacher (Adelle) take us on a journey to “help us live a greater experience of life”. Like before, she took me to a planet that has the characteristics of what I would envision a New Earth to be like.
I sensed that this planet was in the Sirius star system, though that was not clear. Adelle said it really doesn’t matter because the planet exists in the same place as Earth, but at a different vibration. And that is true for every planet that I can experience because space, like time, does not really exist.
After she said that, it occurred to me it might even have been a future version of Earth. Physical life, for example, was very much like our present-day Earth.
But social life was different…
- People there seemed a lot happier and a lot less stressed.
- They were more accepting of their life circumstances and lived their life in a state of flow much of the time.
- They were not competing with one another to embellish their identities.
- That created a more balanced consumerism that was easier on the planet’s environment.
- They still strived for achievements but placed that effort in a broader collective consciousness perspective, emphasizing contributions to their community as well as themselves.
Group Decision Making
Adelle showed me that whenever there was a group decision that needed to be made, they would first put themselves into a higher state of consciousness. That involves a meditation-like process that brings them to a state of oneness. It was like the guided meditation that started this journey for me on this day.
From that higher state, they sense or know that all is love, all is one, and all is perfect. That brings everyone involved to the highest vibration and intelligence possible.
From that state, they then return to their physical reality (3D). They try to hold that higher awareness as they examine the issue at hand to decide how to proceed.
To me, what I saw on this planet is what I believe a 5th Dimensional Earth would be like. The group meditation practice was a key practice supporting a collective 5D consciousness.
Bringing 5D Consciousness to Our Earth
Meditation practices are more widespread today than ever in the recent history of Earth’s humanity. But despite occasional group meditations, most people consider it an individual and independent practice.
I have not heard meditation used in the way I experienced it on my trip with Adelle, with a 5D focus on unity/oneness as the basis of group decision-making and action. The closest we might have now is the introduction of “mindfulness” meditation in workplaces.
Efforts like that are in the right direction and have proven beneficial. But much more needs to be done. We need to develop and expand 5D collective unity meditation practices to transform our Earth into a 5D planet.
Adelle told me that this is what I can teach the world, and this is what I need to teach the world. That seemed completely obvious while I was in the meditation. But after the meditation, it felt daunting.
I already do what she was saying to a small degree through my writings and my gong playing. And in a small way, this story is part of that. But, I doubt I will do much more in this incarnation.
