Today was a day of joyful transition. Our son got his cast off today! As he learns how to walk in a boot for his leg, he is getting stronger by the moment. It reminds me of life and nature; we are always in motion.

His first steps were with trepidation, but with every step, he gains confidence. So it is with our lives.

As our son navigates this change and gains newfound mobility, he will encounter freedom and happiness along the way. Today I wish him a sweet journey like the one from blossom to fruit.

At every moment, we look toward changes in our lives. Sometimes we feel a deep motivation to make a transition. It comes from within our hearts.

A shift can feel scary, like a first step out of your cast. Yet, we can find the strength deep in our inner being who always knows our path.

I am undergoing a beautiful transition in life, a calling.

Recently, my big dreams of a tea shop have swirled around in my heart, stirring up the sparkles of possibility. I no longer worry about how it will come about; I only explore the next impulse.

Every day I follow my excitement to create what I want to see in the world. It is the secret to abundance and fulfillment, and this feeling lights me up.

My wish for you today is to steep yourself in dreams. Show up for those pivotal moments in your life and feel joy during every encounter.

A Loving Note From Trista Signe Ainsworth:

It was a momentous day for all three of us! Today our son got his cast removed, and he was thrilled. It will take a few days to adjust to walking in a boot, but he will gain strength with every step.

I feel more excited each day about my dream of owning a tea shop. At work, I practice helping customers and working with staff.

My purpose on Earth is to spread joy through writing and food. I can do both with loving intention. The appreciation I have in my heart for the universe and how it brought me back to my dreams is beautiful.

In the coming days, I will share my ideas with all of you by writing more. This space is a joyful testing ground for our hopes.

I will also be catching up on responding to comments in the cozy afternoons with a cup of tea.
