Years and years ago, my friend Palma recommended a restaurant in Trastevere. She even suggested what I should order — the stuffed zucchini blossoms and lemon pasta.

OMG.

I will carry this masterpiece of a culinary memory forever. (Right now, the Muse is licking her chops.) Thank you, Palma, my dear friend.
