Years and years ago, my friend Palma recommended a restaurant in Trastevere. She even suggested what I should order — the stuffed zucchini blossoms and lemon pasta.
OMG.
I will carry this masterpiece of a culinary memory forever. (Right now, the Muse is licking her chops.) Thank you, Palma, my dear friend.
Thank you, team at Thank You Notes as well — Trista Signe Ainsworth, Sharing Randomly, and Ellie Jacobson — for one heck of a tasty prompt!
Thank you, friends at Medium, too. What fun it’d be to meet up in Trastevere for real. In the meantime, Salute! Love.
