MONTHLY CHALLENGE 4
What Is Your Greatest Achievement?
How did you feel?
We are already in the fourth month of these types of challenges! Woohoo! Let’s take a moment and appreciate all the writers who have already shared their own experiences with these prompts. It has been extremely delightful for us to read your stories and the TYN team hopes there are more to come.
Since we have seen a great response on your part, we have taken your engagement as a success. And talking about success, what has been yours? Some say that you just need certain luck to achieve all you want but I on the other hand focus on the practice. What can you do to succeed? Can you do something better? Can you change anything to improve?
Having this in mind, we can reach that goal. And once you do it…how does it feel?
With this being said, this monthly challenge is all about the feelings that come with certain achievements. Nothing is easy, so you may have worked extremely hard, made tough decisions, or even had to entirely change the path you were going on. So…how did you feel when you were finally achieved your goal?
How about when you decided to have your own garden for the first time? This is surely not an easy task as it needs a lot of love and time. Now imagine your green area filled with the most beautiful flowers you’ve seen, all thanks to you. How did you feel during the process?
Or when you finally have a better position in your job? What did that mean to you? Was all of your efforts worth it? Would you do it all the same if you went back in time?
What would happen if you could finally adopt your future child? Would the world around you change?
There are many types of achievements in our lives, we have to appreciate all of them as they all take effort, time, love, mindfulness, etc.
“I can’t tell you how many times I’ve been given a no. Only to find that a better, brighter, bigger yes was right around the corner.” — Arlan Hamilton
If you’re up to the challenge, the TYN team will be posting some of the most creative and meaningful stories at the beginning of the next month on their socials. Don’t forget to add the tag Thank You Notes and Monthly Challenge. It can be a poem, shortform, essay, or anything you’d prefer!
Note: The deadline is …dun dun dun…by the end of the month. 😆
We hope you have fun thinking about this challenge, writing it, and even better…reading what others have to share!
Trista Signe Ainsworth, Ellie Jacobson, and I are eager to read some of your experiences! We hope you like this month’s challenge! Any suggestions, advice, and comments are welcome!
Thank you, Thank You Notes Writers!
