Two Paths to Creation and a Third
Creativity is the ability to channel the higher self to create something from nothing. Sai Baba created flowers and candy amongst many other items from nothing. Masters do not use tricks, even if they are real to attract followers in such a public manner. Sai Baba did it to include those who needed to bathe in his transmission of unconditional love.
Two Types of Creativity to a Blended Third
One type of creativity springs from the collective consciousness. It includes the self and peers. I call this type “the mix” . A second type of creativity flows from outside space and time. It connects to a higher vibration I call this “the direct connection”.
Each of the two types blends with one another on occasion. The creative process — once it begins to flow has a life of its own. When lightning strikes, “the direct connection” binds to “the mix”. There is a feeling of tremendous power. Those that channel have intimate knowledge of the direct connection. It is rare for a work of art to come solely from 5D or Higher-Self consciousness. An act of the Higher Self’s Will opens the values of the fifth dimension flow through the conduit of the artist.
Creativity in the Mix
Here on Medium writers inspire other writers. I know this series was born out of a deeper look at Christyl Rivers, Ph.D. piece On Consciousness and the Universe. Inspired as I am by the explicit and implicit connections in her story, the impetus drove me forward. This prompted and inspired creativity arose from an explicit connection. It happens all the time.
The mix in creativity is in the two films: Christopher Nolan’s The Prestige, and Neil Burger’s The Illusionist. Both premiered in 2006 with powerful and similar themes of magicians and magic. It was the turn of the century — 19th into the 20th. The magic evoked the allure of something more; real wizardry.
I wrote a science-fiction short story at age 14. It was about a team of scientists that shrunk a group in a submarine to a microscopic size. Injected into the human body they went to repair a clot in the heart. One year later the film Fantastic Voyage appeared. I was incensed for ten seconds. The story must have come from a collective consciousness. My story was crude and very badly written whereas the film was far more sophisticated.
Themes in fiction repeat themselves. Plots range from the grand hero’s journey to a simple romance of boy gets girl, boy loses girl, boy gets the girl.
Non-fiction stories and reporting require a different kind of creativity than fiction. Expository writing is often based on an idea or personal experience. When the theme is personal, something wonderful may happen. Bolts of lightning pepper “mix” creativity aligned with Higher Self.
The artist may rely on dreams, visions, and random ideas from the inner and outer worlds. Sometimes, so-called disabilities come into play. ADHD that when tamed, can vastly aid the internal creative process. There are more examples, but for brevity’s sake, I’ll stop here.
Plugged-In — The Direct Connection
I was a former channeler of Higher Vibrational Guides: The Twelve. Transmitting Source fires through the space where self/ego once existed. Higher Will sacrifices self/ego for the transmission of information. Edgar Casey’s trance channeling is the ultimate example of Higher Vibrational Guides at work. Trance channeling relinquishes ego/self from consciousness to let higher transmissions flow. While I channeled I felt liberated by the information that flowed through me.
Sometimes in the act of creation as it unfolds through the mix it becomes something else. This is especially true in moments of improvisational creation. The art of poetry — poets may swoon in the flow. I find that when I am writing a poem something higher comes through me at least 50% of the time and expresses itself through the poem.
When I made my first pixelation aka stop motion film in 1968 I never intended to make a film. I borrowed the shop teacher’s camera the day after school ended. It was in the shop/classroom where he stowed the camera. I was just making titles when inspiration hit.
I began moving one of the higher bench-level chairs around the shop. I would take two frames and move the chair 12 to 24 inches and take two more frames… Some friends came to visit me while others stumbled upon me by accident. Everyone who wanted to be in the film had a part.
The plot was about a shop chair who changed a student into a crumpled piece of paper and then disappeared him. The chair escaped from the shop. It walked down 2 flights of stairs encountering and zapping 2 people as it went. Once outside on the athletic field the “hero” sits in the chair, nothing happens and he walks away. Several seconds later a pink blob attacks and eats the chair. The hero takes a pole and stabs the pink blob. The first character that disappeared pops out of the pink blob. The end.
As soon as I began making the film time disappeared. The making of film took in 30 hours for 3 minutes of celluloid or 10 hours a day for 3 days. I was on purpose, something was there with me in me, making the film. It was not completely a direct connection though it was exhilarating. The mix and the collective consciousness of the unfolding plot line was a classic. The feature of the direct connection was an awareness that time did not exist while I made the piece.
Through an act of listening Higher Will flowed through me. This was a pure act of a direct connection (follow the underlined link above for the full story).
In writing fiction, the story often takes on a life of its own. Character-driven stories are one example. I wrote a novella called The Slide that led me by way of organic magic within the story.
The Free Will Transcends What We’ve Got Now
Free Will or Higher Will based on nothing decides a course of definite action. A 5th-dimensional will inhabits our 3rd or 4th-dimensional bodies.
- Imagine, visualize, sense, and feel a state of neutrality, unattached to your personal history. You see that it exists and you’re not attached to good memories or bad memories. While you may be healing from trauma and you are not attached to the PTSD symptoms. The only emotion you feel — is unattached love. [Unattached love is the first step on the continuum of unconditional love.]
- Higher Self isn’t up there over us. It’s connected to our body through energy centers. I learned about five of the energy centers from the Sufi tradition of the Mevlevi Dervishes (turning dervishes) founded by Rumi. They are Latifah — learn more about them with the underlined link. These Latifah are the links to the Higher Self through the body.
- An act of free will sacrifices ego or self. Free will is aligned with the Higher Self through one or more Latifa. This is pure creation. It is a creation based on nothing — no preconditions.
The time is coming when creating matter from nothing will be the superpower of many. The vibration of the Higher Self will resonate and surpass the self/ego.
