Weekly Prompt (3–7, May)
Expansion & Healing

Hi fam!♡
I haven’t been so active over the last few days because I celebrated Easter with my family and, truth be told, I needed to switch off a little. I missed publishing yesterday’s weekend gems, but I promise to make it up for it this week.
It’s May! Positive energies accompany us throughout this whole month. The joy of living is transferred to our spirit, filling us with loads of vitality. This expansive, warm and welcoming feminine energy reaches us all, within and without. We will be celebrating this month’s transitions here, on Know Thyself, with the weekly releases of the new prompts and brand new, exciting challenges.
What better way to start off the first week of May than by focusing on gratitude and fulfillment, especially as I’ve just finished my last project in the Mini Journaling Series called “Sparks of Gratitude” (you can read more about it here). As always, I want to give you a glimpse of the journal with this prompt, hence I’ve picked a question from it that I think anyone would highly benefit from reflecting on:
How many of the things, people and ways of being that I fantasize about already exist in some form in my present reality?
We will split the prompt into three separate days, as follows:
Monday: How many of the things I fantasize about already exist in some form in my present reality?
Wednesday: How many of the people I fantasize about already exist in some form in my present reality?
Friday: How many of the ways of being that I fantasize about already exist in some form in my present reality?
The purpose of these type of questions is to encourage you to recognize & celebrate your big and small wins, as well as everything in between — that includes the people in your life and the experiences you attract.
Looking forward to everyone’s energizing content! Remember, there’s no right or wrong. There just is.
