Even When Things Start To Go Well, They Can Still Go Bad
And that’s normal.
In response to the prompt of “Taking a warrior stance in life”, I’ve decided to write about the fact that, while it can be easy to take a warrior stance in life when things go well (or even when they go bad), the difficult thing is to maintain it through the ups and downs.
What I mean is: it’s somewhat easy to be a warrior when things go well or when things go bad, bad once things start to look good (or at least better than before), and you dare to hope, and then all of a sudden they start to get worse again, THEN comes the real effort.
Then comes the most difficult time. Then comes the struggle.
It’s easy to be productive and joyful when things go well, and to just go with the flow of negativity, pessimism, and unproductiveness, when they (seem to) only go bad.
But, once we start to put our work out there, to try and reach someone else, to do something good for ourselves and others, then come the hard times.
Hard times made by approvals and rejections, good vibes and bad vibes, yes and no, yay and nay, positive times and negative times, days that just go well and days that are just a wreck, when you just want to quit.
It’s something that should make us think: movement is more difficult than stillness to handle.
But, let’s remember to be tough, to be warriors, not always, but when things were going well and start to look bad again.
When things were finally looking good, and start spiraling down again.
Let’d encourage each other with the strength that comes from the good times, putting that strength out there and share it with others, when they’re having a bad time.
So, the good and the bad will both make sense.
Someone’s bad could be someone else’s good.
Let’s help each other, always.
