Weekly Prompt: 25–29.01
Reflective January

Hallo, guys and girls!
A new week, a new opportunity to reflect deeply and peel off layers. “What are we, onions?” you might be asking yourself. Well, onions and humans are pretty similar in that sense. Both require peeling off and we might find ourselves crying in both scenarios. But once it’s done, it’s done, and we can go on and enjoy a nice meal/life, for we have released the extra baggage we were carrying around.
This week’s prompts is all about shadow work (yes, again). When you think you know yourself and your wounds well enough, that’s when you should pause, take a deep breath and ask yourself: Is that true? Is my work really done here? Or am I just…bullshitting myself?
Monday: What cliche makes your stomach turn, and why? Is it the inaccuracy or the accuracy that bothers you?
Wednesday: In what ways are you inauthentic? Why?
Friday: In what ways are you hypocritical? Do you break your own rules of conduct? Hold others to a higher standard than you hold yourself?
That’s it for this week. Heavy topics again, hence the 1 day break in between. Have fun but also reflect deeply. There’s no right or wrong, there just is!
