Summary

The article emphasizes the necessity of confronting and accepting one's deepest emotions for true healing to occur.

Abstract

The text discusses the importance of allowing oneself to experience and express suppressed emotions such as anger, fear, sadness, and hurt. It suggests that true healing comes from within, requiring one to face the pain and let the energy flow rather than resist it. The author argues that external changes are futile if one does not address the internal turmoil and the 'marshy lands of the mind.' By embracing all aspects of oneself, including the unpleasant, one can facilitate the rise of hidden emotions, making way for healing light to penetrate the deepest recesses of the heart and mind.

Opinions

  • Suppressing emotions creates blockages that prevent healing and personal growth.
  • Attempting to change one's external circumstances without addressing internal feelings is ineffective.
  • True healing requires acknowledging and processing emotions that are often hidden or denied.
  • Accepting the entirety of one's being, both the beautiful and the ugly, is crucial for emotional freedom.
  • Life will continue to present challenges until one learns to accept and understand their emotional landscape.

Healing Happens Where You Hide the Most

Allow the emotions to rise for healing light to enter the impenetrable depths possible

Spike of anger or running out of patience Fearing loneliness or in hostile conditions Blues of sadness or unfulfilled expectations Painful hurt or unhealed wound at the heart

Past sinking you down or the tricky prospect of future The turmoil that creates internal rifts and conflicts are the suppressed emotions searching their way out

The agony that heart feels the pain at the center of being dragging you day by day weighing you down each moment Not able to find a way

All you do is resist the pain, suppress the unpleasant sensations For the blockage to go away the energy has to flow clearing the obstacle creating a runway ready to take off its flight

‘You’ can’t do anything the more ‘you’ try to do the more you are creating a friction falling away from the process swimming against the stream

No doubt, by doing something You can change the external environment But what about the inside the way you feel, the trappings inside the mind

The marshy lands of the mind sinking slowly in the matrix of illusion is the place where healing needs to take place to be free from the pain that weighs

Don’t fear its rise The entrapment has to give way to freedom Help it by giving an outlet Embrace your heart, for it has endured much

Allow the sediments to rise For healing light to enter the impenetrable depths possible

Healing happens where you hide the most the vault locked and forgotten till something shakes it up with a single frown or word

Accept the whole of you No need to categorize Beautiful and ugly Till you accept the whole of you Life is going to nudge continuously Till you understand, it’s joke going round and round!
