Unlock Your Intuition: Discover Your Path to Inner Guidance
Harness the Power of Heart-Brain Coherence and Unleash Your Intuitive Potential
Do you listen to your intuition?
Intuition comes to mind when you face tough decisions, but it can also support you on the fly if you tune into it more. For example, it can be beneficial when you enter a situation or meet a new person if your gut or heart reveals you are unsafe.
Have you thought about how your intuition comes in?
Heart Brain Coherence
The Heart Brain Institute research shows that our heart-brain connection is the most extensive electromagnetic field in the body. Therefore, one of the best ways to get into this state of receptivity to your intuition is to practice a simple and quick breath into the heart, fingertips on the heart space, and drop into a calm, quiet inner space. Then, visualize a memory, emotion, or combination of the two that brings joy and appreciation.
It is this state that increases the connection between your heart and your brain.
This heart-brain connecting prep work is a great way to determine how you receive your intuitive knowing.
The Four Types of Intuition
There are four known ways to become more aware and more likely to trust and follow your intuitive guidance.
1. Clairvoyance is defined as symbolic sight. It is when someone has a vision or symbolic picture of something that brings a message.
Symbolized by the statement — I had a vision.
It is important to note that clairvoyance is a term often overused worldwide because many movies have been based on it. It is one of many ways that people can receive intuitive information.
2. Claircognizance is intuition that comes in as clear knowing. A thought that appears instantly without logic or evidence.
Symbolized by the statement — I just knew.
3. Clairaudience is intuition that comes from clear hearing. It is not in the literal sense of hearing. It is information that is expressed through language and words.
Symbolized by the statement — I knew the title.
4. Clairsentience is intuition that comes from feelings. It is information that comes in through emotions.
Symbolized by the statement — I had a feeling.
So, what did you discover? Now that you know how you receive this guidance, you can make it more of a tool for self-awareness and self-compassion.
In strengthening your intuition and feeling more trusting of its guidance, knowing how it comes to you is essential. Heart-brain coherence meditation is one way to connect to this, but you may have other methods.
Increasing your self-awareness around your intuition can help you to increase trust in yourself. Increasing confidence is a beautiful way to improve your self-esteem and conquer self-doubt.
