“Lorenzo is looking for the Time Walker.” He gazes at your face, then delves into further explanation. “A warlock who can manipulate time.”
Something tugs at your heart as vivid memories of your lost family fill your mind. Your fists tighten.
“Everything okay?”
You inhale a deep breath and break yourself free from swirling thoughts. “Nothing. It’s just — ”
“You want to go back in time, too.”
Arms crossed, you lean away, eyes fixed upon him.
“You’ve got that look… I don’t condone any of this, but I can help you.”
“How?”
“I know where to find the Time Walker.”
