Stay calm, because that is the best thing to do.

Stay calm, because losing our temper isn’t helping.

It is making it worse.

Remaining calm is a form of mature intelligence.

Think about it.

How easy is it for children to lose control of their emotions?

How difficult is it for us to hold ourselves together when the skies are falling?

Generals at the front-line understands that winning the war matters; winning the battle doesn’t.

They stay calm for the soldiers under their charge.

They stay calm amongst the bloodshed, carrying the nation’s livelihood on their shoulders.

Many lives are lost, many more could survive.

So, they stay calm.

The same goes to all medical front-liners today.

If everyone out there fighting for everyone else understands why they should stay calm,

Then we, should also understand the beauty of staying calm.

When things turn for the worst, stay calm.

Because if it can turn for the worst, it can turn for the better.
