Your body — especially your Liver and Kidney always take care of you through thick or thin, but what do you do in return?

In today’s time and age, when pollutants are self- inflicted and totally unavoidable, our detoxification organs — the Liver and Kidney go through unbelievable stress and end up working overtime and harder than we can ever imagine.

Thus, as we listen to our bodies and rest when we feel tired, why don’t we ever think beyond that and try to find the reason that makes us tired?

Ever wondered what is it that is slowing you down, making you feel weak, get sugar cravings, bloating, headaches, aches, and pains, skin problems, food cravings, mood swings, low energy, bad breath, nausea, constipation, hard to lose belly fat or repeated fatigue?

Yes… it’s nothing but the toxic overload that leads to slowing us down in all the ways, be it our tiredness, our digestion, or even disturbed sleep other than those above.
