Tommy Lee Flashed His P*nis While Madonna Can’t Show Ni*ples on Instagram
Meta we have a problem.
It’s 2022 and it is still hard to be a woman. It isn’t just Madonna’s nipples that are under constant scrutiny or her age that her critics remind her of every time she posts photos on her Instagram.
Who would have thought we are back to a time when women need the permission of men when it comes to what they can do or can’t do with their bodies, yes it is all happening in 2022.
Who would ever imagine that in 2022, Roe v Wade will be overturned by the US Supreme Court?
Social media is a Meta-phor
Tommy Lee is trending all because the heavily tattooed Mötley Crüe drummer shared a full-frontal selfie on Instagram and Facebook on Thursday, with the caption “Ooooopppsss.”
It took Instagram, a social media platform that is owned by Meta, formerly known as Facebook at least four hours to take the photo down. Many now believe is a brazen display of double standards in the way Instagram enforces its rules.
Not only did Tommy Lee violate its rule on nudity, which nobody believes is an accident. He hasn’t been punished by the social media platform and his Instagram account remains active.
When Madonna posted a photo of her, and her nipple was visible, the photo was taken down by Instagram without any explanation. She also soon found out in May this year that she can’t share a live video.
“What the f–k?” Madonna said when she saw the “Blocked from Sharing Live Video” message pop up. “What’s happening?”
To wrap it up, between a female nipple and a male penis, which do you think is more reprehensible in the eyes of Meta?
And the metaphor isn’t lost with what is happening on social media and in real life or IRL as what people on social media call it.
Women are subjected to rules that do not apply to men.
Oh, by the way, Facebook turned over chat messages between mother and daughter now charged over abortion.
Meta we have a problem.
